As an experienced leader at an AMC Theatre, you will:
- Inspire, coach, and motivate associates to deliver a remarkable unmatched overall entertainment experience through direct oversight of the Service, Facility, and Presentation Quality.
- Guide and Encourage associates to maximize their personal growth and development.
- Manage theatre budgets and analyze financial reports utilizing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Work effectively with guests in a high volume setting and provide an outstanding ability to listen and communicate efficiently.
- Assist and guide managers in obtaining goals and objectives for their respective areas.
- Oversee all theatre departmental functions with guidance of the general manager.

- Three years of General Manager or head Store Manager experience managing a facility with $2 million dollars or more in annual revenue.
- A college degree or applicable work experience.
- Commit to relocation upon completion of the program.
