Todd Phillips is a busy man in Hollywood. He's got the third Hangover film set to shoot this year and he's got a first look option over at Warner Brothers. One possible project for him to direct is “Mule” based on the novel by Tony D'Souza.

Mule is the story of “a young couple that turns to drug trafficking to scratch a living during the recession.” “Jeff Who Lives At Home” and “Cyrus” writers Mark and Jay Duplass have been hired to adapt the book into a screenplay.
