As we move toward the highly anticipated June 8th release of director Ridley Scott's "Prometheus" Fox is increasing its marketing campaign for the film. In that vein, two new featurettes have been released. The first of which explores Logan Marshall-Green's character Halloway and his role in the larger storyline. The second touches upon some of the grander themes as well as the visual expanse that the film promises.

Synopsis:

Ridley Scott, director of 'Alien' and 'Blade Runner,' returns to the genre he helped define. With PROMETHEUS, he creates a groundbreaking mythology, in which a team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

Scott directs a cast that includes Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green and CharlizeTheron.

“Prometheus” opens in AMC 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D theaters on June 8th.
