Director Barry Sonnenfeld ("Men in Black") is set to helm another comic book property. Sonnenfeld, who had been in search of just such a project, is now attached to the adaptation of DC Comic's "The Metal Men."

The series follows "Dr. William Magnus and the six cyborgs that he creates all from a different element - Gold, Tin, Iron, Lead, Mercury, and Platinum. The six robots each have powers corresponing to their namesake too."

It will be interesting to see how the director utilizes his distinctive voice in this latest comic-book-movie endeavor.
