Another teaser has been released for "Paranormal Activity 4" and it, seemingly, invites fans to consider what may be happening in this installment in the franchise.

We can gather, from what has been released to date that it will pick up where "Paranormal Activity 2" left off and that there is a nosy neighbor who will enter the scene.
