Rebel Wilson has been one of the stand outs of the hit comedy “Pitch Perfect” and Universal Pictures is wasting no time in developing a vehicle for the rising star.

The Aussie comedian, who also appeared in “Bridesmaids” and “What to Expect When You're Expecting”, this year will both write and direct the film.
