Our favorite amateur superhero with guts the size of bowling balls, is back in "Kick-Ass 2". The first official image has been released, which shows the return of Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Dave Lizewski/Kick-Ass), featured with Jim Carrey as Colonel Star and Stripes. We can't forget the Colonel's pooch either, who is featured in a stellar uniform of his own.

The sequel was written and directed by Jeff Wadlow, and is based on the comic series by Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. This new adventure finds Kick-Ass teaming up to fight evil with a group known as Justice Forever, fittingly lead my Colonel Stars and Stripes. Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) is back, but now goes by a new alias, that is not appropriate for you youngings out there. Hitgirl, played by the wonderful Chloe Grace-Moretz, is also back in action in the second installment.
