This project is very exciting to me - I was thrilled to hear that Todd Haynes was slated to direct "Carol" - he's the perfect choice. This story and this cast (Cate and Mia are two of the very best actors of their generation) sounds like something dreamed up in movie heaven - I want to see it made into reality, as soon as possible. And I very much agree with you, "Stoker" is a masterpiece and Wasikowska was mesmerizing - what a film.
The Doctor Who movie is not an actual movie. It will be a 90 minute anniversary episode to celebrate the series. It will be showing on BBC one and BBC America on November 23rd 2013.
