Exactly. And on a scale of 1-10, Marvel is violent but it's not over-the-top. No more violent than WWF wrestling anyway. Having said that, this movie should be quite bloody if they stick to the comics, with his claws and the samurai swords and shurikens. Having said that, it wasn't anything I couldn't handle at 8 years old.
Hope they try to stay true to the Frank Miller comic book series, which was great. Can't go wrong there.
