Ratings Information

Movies are a great form of family entertainment - but not every movie is suitable for every member of the family. That's why AMC fully supports and enforces the ratings system outlined by the Motion Picture Association of America.

Here's what all those letters mean to you:

G - General Audiences - All Ages AdmittedG: General Audiences
All ages admitted.

PG - Parental Guidance Suggested - Some Material May Not Be Suitable for ChildrenPG: Parental Guidance Suggested
Some material may not be suitable for children

PG-13 - Parents Strongly Cautioned - Some Material May Be Inappropriate for Children Under 13PG-13: Parents Strongly Cautioned
Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13

R - Restricted - Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older)R: Restricted
Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older)

NC-17 - No one 17 and under admittedNC-17
No one 17 and under admitted
