    What is the convenience fee for?

    To guarantee you are able to get your tickets to the hottest movies before they sellout we offer the convenience of purchasing tickets online. To ensure we are able to maintain this service for our valued guests we charge a small fee per ticket. The charge per ticket is displayed in the Order Summary which is shown on the right side of the screen during the purchase process. The convenience fees cannot be refunded.

    Convenience fees can be waived during the purchase process when an active AMC Stubs membership is entered.

  • What passes can be used?

    AMC ReAdmit Passes, AMC GuestFirst Passes, AMC Guest Passes, and AMC Gold Experience tickets are accepted anytime, for any movie.

    However, surcharges may apply for special events and for enhanced movie experiences, such as RealD 3D, IMAX, and ETX films. Please visit your local theatre for specific details

  • How do I know if my pass is restricted for new releases?

    This applies to all passes, coupons, discount tickets, and promotional offers that state 'Not valid for special engagements'.

    However, some discount tickets, like the Silver Experience can be upgraded at the theatre box office for an additional surcharge. Please visit your local theatre about upgrading your Silver Experience ticket.

    What does "No Passes" or "Special Engagement" Mean?

    Some types of passes cannot be used for newly released films. The restriction generally applies to the first two-weeks of a film's theatrical release, however there may be specific films in which this time period is extended based on studio contracts. Always look for the "No Passes" or "Special Engagement" description next to the film title.
