As the Fox Berkshire theatre is re-branded to be part of the AMC family of theatres, the first thing you will notice shortly after your theatre converts is the AMC signage on the interior of the building being transitioned to the new brand. At the box office and on the inside, your theatre will operate under the AMC Theatres brand.

AMC DINE-IN Berkshire 8 will continue to feature the FTX premium format you’ve come to love, the bar will remain and host some of our favorite MacGuffins® drinks, and AMC DINE-IN Berkshire 8 will have innovative menus and Coca-Cola Freestyle. More changes are outlined in the questions below….

Yes, once the theatre converts to an AMC, the theatre names will change to AMC DINE-IN Berkshire 8. This will be reflected on our website, AMCTheatres.com, and our AMC Theatres mobile app. Ticketing partners such as Fandango will have showtimes listed as the new AMC Theatres name as soon as tickets are available.

• Buying Tickets:
  Once your theatre is officially re-branded into the AMC Theatres family, you’ll be able to take full advantage of our website (AMCTheatres.com) and mobile app to find showtimes, buy tickets, learn more about your favorite movies or sign up for our AMC Stubs® loyalty program. You still will be able to buy tickets through Fandango.com, MovieTickets.com, and Atom Tickets. Of course, you can still buy tickets at the box office.
• Ticket Prices:
  You will experience no significant changes (either increases or decreases) in ticket prices as AMC reopens the theatre. As is normal for our industry, AMC periodically evaluates pricing and may make pricing changes based on market conditions, increasing operating costs or when premium formats are introduced.
• Theatre Renovations:
  Full theatre renovations are determined on a theatre-by-theatre basis, and we’ll be sure to let you know if your theatre is scheduled for any additional renovations.
• Loyalty Program:
  After your theatre converts, you will be able to sign up for our innovative loyalty program, AMC Stubs®. AMC Stubs has options for every movie fan. Join AMC Stubs A-List™ to see up to 3 movies every week with FREE online reservations and our best benefits. Choose Premiere for premium perks or join Insider to get started for FREE.

Once your theatre converts to an AMC Theatre, we will no longer be able to honor Fox Rewards program points and awards.

However, sign up for AMC Stubs using the same email address you registered your Fox Rewards card with and we’ll round you up to the next award you would have received in the Fox Rewards program, and automatically load it onto your AMC Stubs account. All you have to do is sign up using the same email address associated with your Fox Rewards account. You must convert to AMC Stubs no later than August 13, 2023, in order for the award to be applied.

If you have a Fox Rewards member card that was never registered with an email address, please contact us through direct message to @AMCHelps on Facebook or Twitter, or you may complete the form on this page https://www.amctheatres.com/contact. AMC Guest Services team will be able to assist you with transitioning to an AMC Stubs account.

To qualify to be rounded up to your next reward when you enroll in AMC Stubs, you must use the same email address that you used on your Fox Rewards account. Once we verify that you were a registered Fox Rewards member, we will automatically load the award(s) onto your AMC Stubs account, within two weeks of enrollment.

Once the award is loaded onto your account, it will have a 30-day expiration date of September 12, 2023, and you will be able to use it at any AMC, AMC CLASSIC, or AMC DINE-IN location. The award will automatically apply to your next qualifying transaction. Check out your award(s) by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your AMC Stubs account
2. Navigate to the Rewards tab within My AMC
3. Scroll down to the Rewards Available section to view any items loaded to your account

They’re your rewards! Spend them when YOU want! Once you activate your AMC Stubs rewards online, you’ll have the option to apply them to eligible purchases or save them for another time – your choice.

Fox Theatres discount tickets will be redeemable only at Fox Berkshire location – bring your discount ticket to Guest Services and we will swap it out for an AMC Guest Pass. Fox Theatres gift cards with balances can be transferred to an AMC Theatres gift card by either contacting [email protected] or by taking your Fox Theatres gift card to Guest Services at AMC DINE-IN Berkshire 8.

Gift cards purchased before July 10, 2023 will be accepted and converted to an AMC gift card. Guests will have until January 10, 2025 (18 month period) to convert their gift card.

Yes, we’ll now be offering innovative menu items from our DINE-IN menu. You may notice a smaller menu to start with as we get everything up and running.

Yes, we plan to serve your favorite adult beverages at our MacGuffins Bars. Please be aware that the bar may not be open right away while we go through the process to transfer ownership of existing liquor licenses.

AMC Theatres has established best practices for allowing guests to enjoy moviegoing with a best-in-class experience. With that, some policies are changing as the theatre transitions to the new brand:

• Rated R Titles: Guests under 17 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older for the duration of the show. Please be prepared to show ID. Children ages 6 or under are not admitted to R-rated films after 6pm. More information on our policy regarding ratings can be found here.
• Outside Food and Drinks: AMC goes far beyond classic concessions like popcorn and fountain drinks to give you an appetizing experience. We're always innovating and exploring new ways to bring the best food and drinks to our theatres. Please click here to explore our DINE-IN menu offerings.
• Open Caption Titles: AMC is pleased to offer select titles and showtimes with Open Caption. Titles will be identified with a label “Open Caption (On-Screen Subtitles)” in the showtimes listing. Please click here to learn more about this program.

Theatre locations are not authorized to display marketing materials from local organizations, fulfill donation requests, or barter goods/services for passes or concessions.
