There are a great number of book-to-movie adaptations set for release throughout the year, and one of the most interesting just so happens to be based on a true story. MRS. CHATTERJEE VS. NORWAY, which is inspired by Sagarika Chakraborty’s autobiography, “The Journey of a Mother,” sounds like it will be an incredibly powerful and extremely emotional saga about a mother trying to win back her children in a foreign country.
Ashima Chibber’s upcoming drama film will follow Debika Chatterjee (Rani Mukerji) as she, her husband, and two children move from India to Norway to take on a new job, only to have her children taken away by Norwegian Child Welfare Services after she is accused of not providing them with proper care. Right around the same time Keanu Reeves is going to war with the High Table in JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 4, Indian actor and filmmaker Ajay Devgn will be coming out with a massive action spectacle of his own with BHOLAA. The movie, which is slated to make its way into AMC Theatres locations around the country in late March, will follow recently released prisoner Bholaa (Devgn) as he attempts to finally meet his daughter and make up for all that lost time. But getting there isn’t as easy as one might think.
Just as Bholaa is finally let out of prison, he is tasked with driving a group of cops to a hospital after they were poisoned by a ruthless crime lord who lost a massive stash of his product in a police raid. In a race against time, the mysterious Bholaa must make use of his impressive set of deadly and unbelievable skills to save the cops, himself, and any chances of making things right with his young daughter.
