AMC STUBS PREMIERE CAN BE AND AMC STUBS A-LIST IS A CONTINUOUS SERVICE MEMBERSHIP TIER OF THE AMC STUBS PROGRAM. SPECIFICALLY, AMC STUBS PREMIERE IS A CONTINUOUS SERVICE MEMBERSHIP IF (1) YOU SIGN UP FOR AMC STUBS PREMIERE ONLINE (AS AUTOMATIC RENEWAL IS REQUIRED WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR PREMIERE ONLINE) OR (2) YOU SIGN UP FOR AMC STUBS PREMIERE AT A THEATRE AND YOU AUTHORIZE AUTOMATIC RENEWALS ON THE DASHBOARD FOR YOUR AMC ACCOUNT ("AUTO RENEW PREMIERE").
AUTORENEWAL: AMC STUBS PREMIERE IS AN ANNUAL RECURRING MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. AMC STUBS A-LIST IS A MONTHLY RECURRING MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM WITH AN INITIAL NON-CANCELABLE TERM OF THREE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PERIODS (THE "INITIAL COMMITMENT"). THEREAFTER, AUTO RENEW PREMIERE AND AMC STUBS A-LIST MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP PERIOD CONTINUOUSLY AND INDEFINITELY, ANNUALLY (FOR AUTO RENEW PREMIERE) OR MONTHLY (FOR AMC STUBS A-LIST), WITHOUT ANY ACTION BY YOU UNLESS YOU CANCEL.
RENEWAL CHARGES: YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE MEMBERSHIP FEE SPECIFIED AT THE TIME OF RENEWAL PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES, CHARGED TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE, UNTIL YOU CANCEL. THE RENEWAL CHARGES FOR AMC STUBS PREMIERE MEMBERSHIP ARE $17.99 A YEAR PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES. THE RENEWAL CHARGES FOR AMC STUBS A-LIST MEMBERSHIP ARE MONTHLY DEPENDING ON YOUR SELECTION OF LOCATIONS, AS FOLLOWS: $24.95 A MONTH VALID FOR USE AT AMC’S THEATRES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“ALL STATES”); $22.95 A MONTH VALID FOR USE AT AMC’S THEATRES IN ALL STATES, EXCEPT CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS, NEW JERSEY AND NEW YORK (“45 STATES”); AND $19.95 A MONTH VALID FOR USE AT AMC’S THEATRES IN ALL STATES, EXCEPT CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, COLORADO, DELAWARE, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, ILLINOIS, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, MINNESOTA, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, VIRGINIA AND WASHINGTON (“34 STATES”), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES. THE AMOUNT OF THE MEMBERSHIP FEE MAY CHANGE UPON NOTICE TO YOU.
CANCELLATION: YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR AUTO RENEW PREMIERE MEMBERSHIP AT LEAST FIVE (5) CALENDAR DAYS BEFORE THE END OF YOUR ANNUAL TERM TO AVOID FURTHER CHARGES. FOR AMC STUBS A-LIST MEMBERSHIP, YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST FIVE (5) CALENDAR DAYS BEFORE THE END OF THE INITIAL COMMITMENT OR BEFORE THE END OF A SUBSEQUENT MONTHLY TERM TO AVOID FURTHER CHARGES. YOU MAY CANCEL ONLINE BY NAVIGATING TO THE “MANAGE MY PLAN” SECTION ON THE AMC THEATRES MOBILE APP OR VISIT HTTPS://WWW.AMCTHEATRES.COM/AMCSTUBS UNDER PLAN OR MEMBERSHIP DETAILS. SUCH CANCELLATION WILL BE EFFECTIVE AT THE END OF THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP PERIOD AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR A SUBSEQUENT MEMBERSHIP PERIOD. THERE IS NO PARTIAL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL DURING A MEMBERSHIP PERIOD. HOWEVER, IF AN AMC STUBS PREMIERE MEMBER CANCELS THEIR MEMBERSHIP DURING THE FIRST THIRTY (30) DAYS OF AN ANNUAL TERM, HE OR SHE WILL BE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND OF THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR SUCH TERM IF THE MEMBER HAS NOT RECEIVED PREMIERE TIER BENEFITS DURING SUCH THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO CANCELLATION.
These terms and conditions as amended from time to time (the "Program Terms") govern the overall AMC Stubs® loyalty program. The AMC Stubs loyalty program consists of two free tiers- AMC Stubs InsiderTM and AMC Stubs Premiere GO!TM, and two paid membership tiers- AMC Stubs PremiereTM and AMC Stubs A-List™ (collectively, the “Program”) brought to you by American Multi-Cinema, Inc. (collectively, "we," "us," "our," “AMC,” “AMC Theatres”).
Your participation or use of any membership or related benefits in the Program ("Membership") at any time subjects the user ("you," "your," "Member") to the provisions of these Program Terms.
Membership in the Program will also involve use of our website including the mobile version thereof and use of the website is subject to our Terms & Conditions of Use ("General Terms"). In particular, please note that the General Terms that are incorporated into these Program Terms by this reference include without limitation Electronic Communications, Mobile Services, Use of Service Is At Your Own Risk, Disclaimer of Implied Warranties, Limits on Liability, Indemnity, Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver, and Applicable Law. In the event of any conflict between the Program Terms and the General Terms with respect to the Program, the Program Terms will control.

1. MEMBERSHIP AND GENERAL TERMS/CONDITIONS
- Members of the Program agree to these Program Terms, as published and subject to periodic update at com/amcstubs. These Program Terms replace all previously published terms, and Members have the responsibility to check for any updates. If these Program Terms are updated, any changes will apply to all Members, including Members enrolled before AMC Theatres posts the updated Program Terms, except as may be prohibited by law. AMC Theatres may change these Program Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect rewards and benefits earned before such changes.
- By enrolling in the Program, Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other Program communications, unless expressly disallowed as a profile preference. Members will be asked to provide an email address, name, birthday and preferred theatre in order to receive benefits and reward notifications. We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Membership. Periodically we will utilize the National Change of Address (NCOA) system to update the mailing addresses of accounts in our database through information provided by the United States Postal Service. Members can change their account information by (i) updating Member profile data through an authenticated com account, (ii) requesting an update from a crew member at the box office or Guest Service information desk of any AMC Theatres location in the U.S. or (iii) contacting Guest Service team online at www.amctheatres.com/contact. We cannot assume any, and we disclaim all, liability for correspondence, mail or e-mail that is lost, delayed or misdirected.
- Membership is valid at participating AMC Theatres in U.S. locations. The Program is not intended for individuals residing outside the U.S. Membership to AMC Stubs Premiere, Premiere GO! and Insider is open to residents of the U.S. who are 13 years of age or older. Membership to AMC Stubs A-List is open to residents of the U.S. who are 16 years of age or older. If a Member is between 13 years of age and the age of majority in their state or jurisdiction, the Member, by enrolling in the Program, acknowledges that he/she has obtained permission to do so from a parent or legal guardian. AMC Theatres does not knowingly collect information about individuals under 13 years of age. If you become aware of information collected from an individual under 13 years of age, please contact AMC Theatres immediately at www.amctheatres.com/contact.
- Membership accounts, benefits, points, rewards and special offers (i) are nontransferable, (ii) have no cash value and are not gift cards or gift certificates, (iii) may not be offered for resale, and (iv) are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance unless required by law. Accumulated points, rewards and special offers do not constitute property of the Member, nor are accumulated points, rewards and special offers transferable by the Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise. Points, rewards, special offers, tier cost, and other benefits of the Program may be taxable to the Member where required by law.
- Persons using the Program for profit are not eligible to become or remain Members or to accumulate rewards. Membership is intended for individual use only, and is not available to organizations, legal entities or groups such as, but not limited to, businesses, churches, daycare, non-profits, etc. Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow these Program Terms or the General Terms, may result in cancellation of the Member’s Account, future disqualification from participation and forfeiture of all points, rewards and special offers accrued, in addition to other remedies available to us under applicable law. AMC reserves the right to terminate accounts in the event of suspected abuse or fraud of the Program. In connection with the enforcement of any provision of these Program Terms governing the Program, AMC Theatres reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary and will be entitled to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs as allowed by applicable law. If an AMC Stubs Membership is cancelled and the Member is an AMC Entertainment Visa Cardholder, their credit card will also be cancelled. For specific rules regarding AMC Entertainment Visa Card, see
AMC reserves the right to terminate a Membership, including any associated accounts, without notice, for any reason in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, abusive, vulgar, or offensive behavior by the AMC Stubs Member, or any member of the AMC Stubs party, towards any AMC Associate or other guest of AMC Theatres while on property, or our belief that continued use of such Membership would violate any provision of these Program Terms or applicable law, or would otherwise be harmful to our interests. In the event of any such termination by AMC Theatres or as a result of fraudulent behavior or misuse of the Program, points, rewards and special offers earned will be forfeited subject to applicable laws. Examples of fraudulent behavior that may result in Membership cancellation include, but are not limited to, (1) making purchases either online, through AMC or third party vendors, or at the theatre and then refunding in an attempt to inflate spending or transactions on a Member’s account, and (2) posting Member-directed promotional offers or coupons, or an account number on websites or reproducing for use by third parties or public websites.
- We may terminate or alter any or all of the benefits available under the Program at any time. Notice and time to redeem points and rewards will be provided as per applicable laws. In the event of our termination of the Program, at our election we may maintain Membership benefits until expiration of special offers.
- AMC Stubs Memberships may be closed and/or reward points reverted due to any type of computer or technical issues that may arise. This would include any type of electronic malfunctions or human error on behalf of AMC Associates. AMC will, to the best of its ability, attempt to later fix any accounts that were closed due to any of these reasons and reapply any outstanding rewards or points existing at the time the issue arose.
- Members may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of our website at com. Each Member has the responsibility for the use of their own password and username to gain access to our website or mobile app.
We will have no responsibility for a Member’s inability to access such restricted portions of our website or mobile app if a Member has lost or forgotten username, password or other necessary code. Members can request a password reset be emailed to them here.
- From time to time, Members may be eligible for sweepstakes, contests or other promotions. Participation in such events shall be subject to the terms, conditions and rules published at the time of such event and applicable state laws.
- Members have the right to cancel their Membership. For specific rules and information regarding termination of Memberships, please refer to the tier specific sections within these terms.
Members have a right to cancel by:
- Canceling online within their Member dashboard on our website or mobile app
- Contacting our Guest Service team online at www.amctheatres.com/contact
- Presenting their AMC Stubs account number at the box office or Guest Service information desk of any AMC Theatres location in the U.S.
Members who cancel their Membership and are AMC Entertainment Visa Cardholders will have their Credit Card cancelled. For specific rules regarding AMC Entertainment Visa Card, see Terms.
- Information provided by a Member is subject to and will be handled according to the AMC Theatres Privacy Policy, available at www.amctheatres.com/privacy-policy.
2. BENEFITS.
The Program entitles Members to the following points, rewards, special offers, and other benefits. All benefits, rewards, special offers, and other savings received are treated as discounts for tax purposes.
- Accumulation of Points – Members will receive points per every one dollar spent on eligible purchases at participating AMC Theatres by presenting or entering their AMC Stubs account number during box office and concession stand transactions, when purchasing tickets at an in-theatre kiosk, or when purchasing online at com and other approved ticketing partners. AMC Stubs points will be placed into a pending status and awarded on the business day following the showtime of the ticket(s) or pickup date of concession items purchased. Maximum daily points that can be earned varies by tier and is outlined below. Manual adjustments will not be available for accounts that hit this threshold. In addition to the maximum daily points that can be earned, the maximum number of eligible transactions per day is 10 per account. This 10-transaction limit may be lifted for special events. Points earned from the AMC Entertainment Visa Card are not subject to the daily earn limits listed in this section.
AMC Stubs Insider
- AMC Stubs Insider Members will receive 20 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Points earned will expire after a period of 12 consecutive calendar months without a qualifying AMC theatres transaction.
- Maximum points earned per day is 10,000 points per AMC Stubs Insider account.
AMC Stubs Premiere GO!
- AMC Stubs Premiere GO! Members will receive 40 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Points earned will not expire while a member retains Premiere GO!, Premiere or A-List status.
- Maximum points earned per day is 20,000 points per AMC Stubs Premiere GO!
AMC Stubs Premiere and A-List
- AMC Stubs Premiere and A-List Members will receive 100 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases.
- Points earned will not expire while a member retains A-List, Premiere or Premiere GO!
- Maximum points earned per day is 50,000 points per AMC Stubs Premiere or A-List account.
- Ineligible Purchases. The following purchases or products are NOT eligible toward earning AMC Stubs points. Some of these purchases or products may be eligible to earn points by using the AMC Entertainment Visa Card. See credit card terms for details.
- AMC pre-paid discount, bulk or exchange tickets, show snack coupons, passes or free admissions of any sort, admissions granted as a benefit of the AMC Stubs A-List program, third party subscriptions (including without limitation MoviePass™) or other discounted or bulk purchase items, either at the time of purchase OR time of redemption.
- Membership Fees including but not limited to A-List monthly fees and Premiere annual
- Initial purchase of gift cards; gift cards are eligibletoward earning rewards upon REDEMPTION at AMC Theatres locations in the U.S. but NOT upon initial purchase.
- Tips given to AMC employees.
- Auditorium or theatre rental event fees.
- Convenience, service or delivery fees
- Tickets or concessions purchased for organizations, legal entities or groups such as, but not limited to businesses, churches, daycare, non-profits, etc. via auditorium buyout or otherwise.
- Purchases that are refunded.
- Purchases made at AMC Theatres’ Amazon.com page.
- Purchases made at a sublet space within an AMC Theatres location.
- Arcade purchases.
- Retail merchandise purchased online.
- Sales tax.
- Home delivery orders
- Grocery popcorn
- Charitable donations or charitable products sold at AMC Theatres locations.
- Restrictions may apply to use or earning of points on purchases of alcohol, depending on the jurisdiction.
- Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.
- Virtual Rewards. For every 5,000 points accumulated, Members are eligible to activate a $5 virtual reward. Members may convert accumulated points to rewards, in increments of $5, when signed into their account online at www.amctheatres.com/amcstubs or on the AMC Theatres mobile app. After a $5 reward is activated, the points will be immediately deducted from total point balance.
AMC Stubs Insider Members can use their $5 reward towards the purchase of eligible food and beverage items.
AMC Stubs Premiere and Premiere GO! Members can use their $5 reward towards tickets and eligible food and beverage items.
AMC Stubs A-List Members can use their $5 reward towards tickets not included as part of the monthly membership, and eligible food and beverage items.
Once activated, the $5 virtual reward will appear in the Member’s account. Rewards have no cash value. All point-activated rewards are valid for 90 days from date of issuance at which time they will expire. Bonus reward (Bonus Bucks or other food and beverage items) expirations vary, and expiration date will be posted along with offer. A Member may redeem their earned and unexpired rewards online at amctheatres.com, on the AMC Theatres Mobile app and at participating theatre locations.
Activated and available rewards will be treated as a discount. Members may choose when to apply rewards online within the checkout flow or notify a cashier to apply their activated rewards at an AMC theatre. Rewards will apply to eligible items and any unused reward value will be available to be applied on future purchases until expiration. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply. The following purchases or products are NOT eligible toward redemption of rewards.
- Alcoholic beverages
- Retail merchandise purchased in theatre or online.
- Prepaid event food and beverage items
- Membership Fees including, but not limited to, A-List monthly fees and Premiere annual fee.
- Tips given to AMC employees.
- Auditorium or theatre rental event fees
- Convenience, service or delivery fees
- Tickets or concessions purchased for organizations, legal entities or groups such as, but not limited to businesses, churches, daycare, non-profits, etc. via auditorium buyout or otherwise.
- Purchases made at AMC Theatres’ amazon.com page.
- Purchases made at a sublet space within an AMC Theatres location.

- Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.
- Birthday Gift. If a Member provided a date of birth, a “birthday gift” will be automatically loaded onto the Member’s account on the first day of the birthday month that is entered into the Member’s profile. AMC Stubs Insider Members will receive a free large popcorn and AMC Stubs A-List, Premiere and Premiere GO! Members will receive a free large fountain drink and a free large popcorn. Offer is valid for one calendar month from the date of issuance at which time it will expire. The birthday gift will be automatically redeemed when ordering food and beverage products online or at participating AMC Theatres locations in the U.S. by presenting the Member’s AMC Stubs account. New enrollments must be active for one calendar month before the Member is eligible to receive the birthday gift. Gourmet popcorn, home delivery, grocery popcorn and promotional offers are excluded from the birthday gift
- Ticketing Fee Waiver. AMC Stubs A-List and Premiere members purchasing tickets through com or other designated ticketing partners will have ticketing fees waived. AMC Stubs Premiere GO! Members purchasing tickets through amctheatres.com or other designated ticketing partners will have ticketing fees waived when purchasing four or more tickets in a single transaction or a private theatre rental. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.
- Refills. Members will receive one same day free refill on large popcorn purchases. Gourmet popcorn and promotional offers are excluded. Members must pay for the first refill on the annual refillable popcorn bucket and can then receive a second same day refill for free with valid receipt.
- Concession Upgrades. AMC Stubs A-List, Premiere, and Premiere GO! Members will receive free upgrades on fountain drinks and popcorn (regular to large). Small sizes excluded. Free upgrade cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, promotional size or upon redemption of a show snack coupon. Gourmet popcorn, home delivery, grocery popcorn and promotional offers are excluded from concession upgrades.
- Discount Tuesdays. Members are eligible for Discount Tuesdays. Discount applies to full-price tickets for Tuesday showtimes only. AMC Stubs Member number must be present on the transaction to receive discount. Limit of 10 tickets per show date. Surcharges for premium formats events may apply. Exclusions apply. Virtual reality experiences and premium events such as, but not limited to, fan events, private screenings, movie marathon/double features, Metropolitan Opera, broadcasts of sporting events and other showtimes and events (including select showtimes of certain foreign language films) are excluded.
Discount Tuesday pricing varies by location.
Tuesday tickets are available for purchase in-theatre at the box office, kiosk, through the AMC mobile app, and online at amctheatres.com and select ticketing partner sites. Group purchases and group discounts do not apply.
- AMC Investor Connect. AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMCEH) is a publicly traded company, listed as “AMC” on the New York Stock Exchange. Members who own shares in AMCEH are eligible to join the AMC Investor Connect program by self-identifying as a stockholder when signing up for AMC Stubs or on their membership profile page. Members who are eligible and sign up for the AMC Investor Connect program can receive special offers and the latest investor updates via email.
- Other Benefits. From time to time, AMC Theatres, in its discretion, may offer additional benefits and events to Members. For example,
- At any given time, AMC Theatres may sponsor sweepstakes. Each sweepstakes will have its own set of terms and conditions; AMC employees and family members are not eligible to win. Depending on the sweepstakes, Members may receive automatic entry with each use of their account number.
- At any given time, AMC Theatres may host a special Member only movie screening at select theatres in certain markets. To take part when a screening becomes available, Members must be opted in to receive email notifications. If selected to participate, Members will be notified of these screenings via email.
- At any given time, AMC Theatres may provide eligible Members with point promotions. Each promotion will have its own set of terms and conditions and may require the Member to opt into (register for) the promotion. Members will be notified of the promotions via email, mobile push notification and/or SMS.
- At any given time, AMC Theatres may provide Members with limited time offers on tickets and concession items. These offers will have their own set of terms and conditions and will not be eligible to be combined with other promotional offers or AMC Stubs benefits (i.e., discounts and upgrades etc.).
- AMC Stubs Priority Lanes are a designated line at the box office and concession stands of participating theatres available only for AMC Stubs A-List, Premiere, and Premiere GO! Members as well as AMC Investor Connect members.
- AMC Stubs Account Number. To be eligible for Membership benefits and to earn AMC Stubs points your account number must be (i) presented when purchasing tickets at the box office, (ii) entered when prompted at our in-theatre kiosks, (iii) entered into the appropriate area of www.amctheatres.com/amcstubs or the ticketing partner transaction page for purchases, or (iv) presented at the concession stand when purchasing concession products. It is the Member’s responsibility to present the account number at the time of the transaction.
To earn rewards or apply benefits, the Membership account must be active at the time of purchase and assigned to the transaction. Members will NOT be credited retroactively for benefit eligible purchases made without an active Membership account at the time of purchase.
AMC Theatres is not responsible for the use or redemption of rewards from an account that has been lost, stolen, or otherwise used without Member’s permission.
All rewards are the property of AMC Theatres.
3. MANUAL ADJUSTMENTS
If upon the entry of an AMC Stubs account number, the computer is inaccessible or if the Member forgot their account number, receipts or original ticket stubs may be presented for credit during the next theatre visit or by contacting AMC Stubs Customer Service. Receipts or ticket stubs are required for manual adjustments. No more than two manual adjustments will be allowed per account in a single calendar month. Manual adjustments will not be made for purchases made beyond 30 calendar days from date of original purchase. AMC reserves the right to refuse manual adjustments in the event of suspected abuse of the Program or fraud.
4. TICKET REFUNDS
Please visit www.amctheatres.com/faqs/tickets-and-passes for full refund policy and questions. All AMC Stubs points that a Member has earned for the purchase that is being refunded will be deducted from the accumulated point balance. AMC Stubs rewards that were used towards the purchase will be reverted back to the Member’s account with the original expiration date unless the expiration date has already passed.
5. AMC STUBS INSIDER
- Description of Service. AMC Stubs Insider Members receive all the benefits in paragraph 2 that are noted for Insider Members.
- Term and Cancellation. The AMC Stubs Insider Membership term is unlimited as long as the account stays in an active status. AMC reserves the right to cancel the account after twelve (12) consecutive months of non-use. AMC Stubs Insider Members may cancel Membership at any time as described above in paragraph 1(j).
- Membership Fee. The Membership fee for the AMC Stubs Insider tier is $0. AMC Stubs Insider Members may upgrade to the AMC Stubs A-List or AMC Stubs Premiere tier at any time with payment of the applicable Membership fee in effect at the time of upgrade. If an AMC Stubs Insider Member qualifies for Premiere GO!, they will be upgraded automatically at no cost.
6. AMC STUBS PREMIERE GO!
- Description of Service. AMC Stubs Premiere GO! Members receive all the benefits of AMC Stubs Insider Members, plus an additional 20 points per $1 spent (totaling 40 points per $1) on eligible purchases, waived online ticket fees when they purchase four or more tickets in a single transaction, a large fountain drink on their birthday, no expiration of AMC Stubs points while retaining Premiere GO!, Premiere or A-List status and access to priority box office and concession lanes.
- Eligibility and Term. AMC Stubs Insider Members qualify for the AMC Stubs Premiere GO! by meeting one of the following criteria in a single calendar year (January 1st through December 31st): (i) completing eight (8) eligible visits to AMC Theatres, with each visit occurring on a separate performance date or (ii) earning a minimum of 5,000 points through eligible purchases. All eligible visits and points earned towards the AMC Stubs Premiere GO! status are subject to a 24-hour vesting period, which begins after the showtime and/or concession pick up date. Points and visits will not count toward Premiere GO! qualification until they have vested. Progress toward Premiere GO! status is tracked annually, from January 1st through December 31st. Members can monitor their progress through their AMC Stubs account, which reflects the number of vested visits and points earned. Insider Members will automatically be upgraded to AMC Stubs Premiere GO! status within 24-48 hours after meeting the required visit or point threshold. Premiere GO! status will be effective immediately upon upgrade and will extend through the following calendar year. Once Premiere GO! status is achieved (by upgrade from the Insider tier or a downgrade from the Premiere or A-List tiers), it will remain active through the end of the calendar year in which it was earned, and the entire following calendar year. Premiere Go! Members must requalify annually starting January 1st of their expiration year by meeting the criteria described above to maintain their Premiere GO! status for each subsequent year. AMC reserves the right to verify all visits and purchases to ensure eligibility. The following are excluded from eligibility for Premiere GO! Status: more than one visit per day; tickets booked through the A-List program or free or discounted tickets, including tickets booked through a loyalty partnership program, ineligible purchases set forth in these Program Terms, special offers that do not directly result from qualifying purchases, and any fraudulent activities related to point accumulation or visit tracking. AMC Stubs Premiere GO! status is non-transferable and may only be used by the Member associated with the AMC Stubs account. Any disputes or errors regarding points, visits, or Premiere GO! qualification must be reported to AMC within 30 days of the occurrence. AMC will review and rectify any discrepancies at its sole discretion.
- Cancellation. AMC Stubs Premiere GO! Members may cancel Membership at any time as described above in paragraph 1(j). Upon expiration of Premiere GO! status, Premiere GO! Members will be downgraded to the AMC Stubs Insider tier or they may request to be removed from the AMC Stubs Membership program.
- Membership Fee. The Membership fee for the AMC Stubs Premiere GO! tier is $0. AMC Stubs Premiere GO! Members may upgrade to the AMC Stubs A-List or AMC Stubs Premiere tier at any time with payment of the applicable Membership fee in effect at the time of upgrade.
- Benefit Changes. AMC may update the Premiere GO! benefits, eligibility requirements, or other program details periodically. We will provide you with at least thirty days (30) prior written notice via e-mail of material changes to the program.
7. AMC STUBS PREMIERE
- Description of Service. Premiere Members receive all the benefits of AMC Stubs Insider Members, plus an additional 80 points per $1 spent (totalin100 points per $1) on eligible purchases, waived online ticket fees every time, a large fountain drink on their birthday, no expiration of AMC Stubs points while retaining A-List, Premiere or Premiere GO! status and access to priority box office and concession lanes.
- Eligibility and Term. The Premiere Membership term is an annual membership and extends to the end of the month one (1) year from the date of payment for Membership enrollment, subject to any optional extensions of a Premiere Membership term by us. For example, if you enrolled on January 15, 2025, your Premiere Membership renews on January 30, 2026 and then again on January 30, 2027 and so on.
- Automatic Renewal. Premiere Memberships automatically renew only if the Member signs up for Premiere online, as automatic renewal is required when you sign up for Premiere online, or if the Member signs up for Premiere at the theatre and the Member authorizes automatic renewal in their account on the AMC Stubs dashboard. These automatically-renewing AMC Stubs Premiere memberships are continuous service memberships that renew on an annual basis, as described above in (b). Auto Renew Premiere memberships will automatically renew at the end of your Membership period continuously and indefinitely, each year, without any action by you, and at the Membership fee specified at the time of renewal (which is currently $17.99 a year) plus applicable taxes. The automatic renewal fee will be charged to your payment method on file, unless and until you cancel. For Premiere Memberships that automatically renew, the Premiere Membership fee, plus applicable taxes, will be automatically charged/debited to your payment method by us pursuant to your automatic payment authorization as described below on or after the first day of each Membership period.
- Non-Automatic Premiere Renewal. For Premiere Memberships that do not automatically renew, Members will have a thirty (30) day grace period after the end of the expiring term to renew their Premiere Membership. During this grace period, eligible Members may continue to accumulate credits toward and use unexpired rewards. If after the thirty (30) day grace period no renewal has occurred, the Member’s account will be automatically convert to a no-fee tier, either AMC Stubs Insider or Premiere GO!, if eligible based on visits or points qualification, or they may request to be removed from the AMC Stubs Membership program. As an AMC Stubs Insider or Premiere GO! Member, all earned points and available rewards will be carried over.
- For Premiere Memberships that automatically renew, you must cancel at least five (5) calendar days before the end of any Membership period in order to avoid being charged for the next Membership period. If you cancel, your access to Premiere Membership benefits will automatically terminate at the end of the then current Membership period. At the end of the Membership period, the Member’s account will be automatically convert to a no-fee tier, either AMC Stubs Insider or Premiere GO!, if eligible based on visits or points qualification, or they may request to be removed from the AMC Stubs Membership program. As an AMC Stubs Insider or Premiere GO! Member, all earned points and available rewards will be carried over.
AMC Stubs Premiere Members may cancel Membership at any time as described above in paragraph 1(j). We may also cancel a Membership for cause in the event of misuse, fraud or violations of these Program Terms or the General Terms, and no refunds will be available to you for such cancellation. If we cancel your Membership without cause, we will, in our discretion, either continue your Membership through the end of the current Membership period or provide a refund of a prorated portion of the Membership fee, plus applicable taxes, based on the unexpired portion of your current Membership period as of the effective date of cancellation.
- Refund Policy. There are no partial refunds of Membership fees if you cancel your automatically renewing Premiere Membership, and you will continue to have access to the Premiere benefits through the end of the last Membership period for which you have paid in full. However, if a Premiere Member (including Auto Renew Premiere) cancels their Membership during the first thirty (30) days of an annual term, he or she will be entitled to a full refund of the Membership fee for that Membership term, only if such Member has not received benefits from the Premiere tier during such thirty (30) day period prior to cancellation. Benefits from the Premiere tier are those benefits above the AMC Stubs Insider Membership, including waived ticketing fees, discounts from concession size upgrades, birthday award usage and/or points earned in excess of 2,500. No refunds will be available for cancellation by Member after such thirty (30) day period.
- Membership Fee and Billing. The annual Premiere Membership is $17.99 plus applicable taxes. For Premiere Memberships that do not automatically renew, payment of the Membership fee for a renewal term may be made on the AMC Theatres mobile app, at www.amctheatres.com/amcstubs or in the theatre during the thirty (30) day grace period after the end of the prior term. Membership fees are subject to taxation in accordance with applicable federal, state or local law. The fee is not refundable unless the Membership is canceled during the first thirty (30) days of an annual term, as described in section 6(f). Premiere Members may upgrade to the A-List Membership at any time with payment of the applicable A-List Membership fee in effect at the time of upgrade. AMC Theatres Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase a Premiere Membership online. Individuals wishing to purchase or renew a Premiere Membership using AMC Theatres Gift Cards will need to purchase in the theatre. If there are any discrepancies in billing, you hereby waive your right to dispute such discrepancies if you do not notify us within sixty (60) days after such charge first appears on your account.
Premiere Memberships are available only to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older. An accepted form of Payment Method (as defined below in the Automatic Payment Authorization section) is required for Premiere Membership. If the Member is under the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he or she legally resides, the Member, by enrolling in the Premiere tier, acknowledges that he or she has obtained permission to enroll in the Premiere tier from a parent or legal guardian.
- Benefit or Fee Changes. If you enroll in automatic renewal, we will provide you with at least thirty days (30) prior written notice via email if we make material changes to the Membership benefits or if the Membership fee to be charged or debited changes, in accordance with the Automatic Payment Authorization section below, unless applicable law requires us to give you notice sooner. You consent to our ability to change our pricing and Membership benefits through an electronic communication to you. If you do not wish to accept a price or Membership benefits change made by us, you may cancel your Membership as described in these Program Terms, otherwise you will be deemed to have consented to the price/Membership benefit change and authorize us to charge the new Membership fees to your payment method.
8. AMC STUBS A-LIST
- Description of Service. A-List Members receive all the benefits of Premiere Members, plus a weekly moviegoing experience at applicable AMC theatres in the U.S. A-List Members in good standing are entitled to entrance to up to three (3) separate movie showtimes per week during a Membership period, valid for any regularly scheduled in-theatre showtime at applicable AMC theatres in the United States. For purposes of the A-List Membership, a "week" means Friday 6:00 a.m. to the next Friday at 5:59 a.m., with times based on the time zone of the theatre that you have designated as your favorite theatre. A-List Members may select up to three (3) showtime admissions on the same day during a week, provided showtimes do not overlap. Weekly availability does not carry forward, regardless of use, and unused/no-show reservations count toward use.
To gain admission, the A-List Member must make a reservation for upcoming showtimes at the AMC box office, on-site ticket kiosk, the AMC mobile app or online at www.amctheatres.com. Reservations may be made in advance at any time after tickets are on sale to the public, subject to sell-out conditions. A-List Members may not have more than three (3) pending reservations at any one time, regardless of whether such showtimes fall within the same week. For example, if you have made advance reservations for three showtimes, you will not be able to use this benefit for admission to a fourth film until at least one of those existing reservations has been used or canceled.
Showtimes that are eligible for this A-List benefit are standard 2D Digital films as well as films in RealD® 3D and Premium Large Formats (“PLFs”). PLFs include Dolby Cinema®, IMAX® at AMC®, PRIME at AMC®, and D-Box. AMC will make reasonable efforts to include every film but reserves the right to selectively exclude titles on a limited basis. Virtual reality experiences and premium events such as, but not limited to, fan events, private screenings, movie marathon/double features, Metropolitan Opera, broadcasts of sporting events, concert or other specialty films, and other showtimes and events (including select showtimes of certain foreign language films) are not eligible and are excluded from the A-List program. Services or products provided outside our theatres are excluded.
To gain entry to a theatre with an A-List reservation, A-List Members are required to present a ticket along with a matching valid photo ID. Tickets may be obtained at the AMC theatre box office, theatre point of sale kiosk, or via the AMC website or mobile app, using your Membership name and account number. Admission under the A-List Membership is limited to only the individual named as the A-List Member and is not valid for admission of friends or family members or other persons who are not the named Member. Guests attempting to use an A-List ticket without a matching valid photo ID will be not admitted into the theatre. The name on the valid photo ID, the ticket and the A-List Membership must match exactly.
- Term and Automatic Renewal. The A-List Membership tier is a continuous service membership program that automatically renews on a monthly basis. A-List Memberships will automatically renew each month indefinitely, without any action by you, and at the Membership fee specified at the time of renewal (current fees are specified below) plus any applicable taxes. Renewal fees will be charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. You acknowledge and agree that an A-List Membership may not be canceled by you during the Initial Commitment, which is the first three (3) months of Membership. Once canceled, an individual may not renew an A-List Membership for a period of six (6) months.
Your initial monthly Membership period begins on the date you sign up for the A-List Membership, and each following Membership period begins on the same calendar day that you signed up. For example, if you sign up on January 15, your first Membership period begins on that day and your next Membership period begins on February 15, etc. If you sign up on the 31st day of a month, Membership periods thereafter will begin on the last day of the following months in the case of a renewal month with fewer than thirty-one (31) days. For example, if you sign up on January 31, 2025, your Membership will automatically renew on February 28, 2025, then again on March 31, and so on.
The A-List Membership fee for each Membership period, including each of the three (3) monthly periods of the Initial Commitment, plus applicable taxes will be automatically charged/debited to your payment method pursuant to your automatic payment authorization as described below on or after the first day of each Membership period.
- Cancellation. You may cancel your A-List Membership, provided that a cancellation notice given during the Initial Commitment will not take effect until the end of the Initial Commitment, and a cancellation notice given thereafter will take effect at the end of the month during which notice of cancellation is given. You must cancel at least five (5) calendar days before the end of the Initial Commitment or the end of any monthly Membership period in order to avoid renewal fees for the next Membership period. AMC Stubs A-List Members may cancel Membership at any time as described above in paragraph 1(j).
If you cancel, your access to A-List Membership benefits will automatically terminate at the end of the then current Membership period. Upon termination, A-List Members will downgrade as follows based on their AMC Stubs Membership tier prior to being an A-List Member:
A-List Member was upgraded from Premiere: Member will be moved back to the Premiere tier to continue for any remaining prior-paid Premiere Membership period. Thereafter, Members may either renew at the Premiere tier, move to a no-fee tier, either AMC Stubs Insider or Premiere GO!, if eligible based on visits or points qualifications, or they may request to be removed from the AMC Stubs Membership program.
A-List Member was not an AMC Stubs Member or was upgraded from Insider or Premiere GO!: Member will move to a no-fee tier, either AMC Stubs Insider or Premiere GO!, if eligible based on visits or points qualifications, or they may request to be removed from the AMC Stubs Membership program.
There are no partial refunds of Membership fees if you cancel your A-List Membership, and you will continue to have access to the A-List benefits through the end of the last Membership period for which you have paid in full.
You understand that tickets reserved using A-List Membership are intended to be used, and four (4) unscanned reservations in a four (4) week period may result, in our sole judgment, in cancellation of a Membership for cause and without a prorated refund. We also may cancel a Membership for cause in the event of misuse, fraud or violations of these Program Terms or the General Terms, and no refunds will be available to you for such cancellation. If we cancel the A-List tier or your Membership without cause, we will, in our discretion, either continue your Membership through the end of the current Membership period or provide a refund of a prorated portion of the Membership fee plus applicable taxes based on the unexpired portion of your current Membership period as of the effective date of cancellation.

In recognition that you may want to use your Membership benefits while away from home, you may use your plan outside of your designated coverage area (at time of visit) three (3) times each calendar year without an upcharge. At any time, you may change your A-List plan depending on where you intend to use your A-List Membership benefits. For example:
You may upgrade your A-List Membership by paying the incremental difference (e.g., pay $5 to increase access from 34 States to All States or $2 to increase access from 45 States to All States) to enable you to use your A-List Membership in any state. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your billing date does not change and the new billing amount for the upgrade selected will be charged on the next billing cycle.
You may also move from a higher priced plan to a lower priced plan (e.g., from All States to 46 or 34 States), for use in the states designated for 45 or 34 State Membership, respectively. Such downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, with the lower new price plan charged at the next billing cycle.
If there are any discrepancies in billing, you hereby waive your right to dispute such discrepancies if you do not notify us within sixty (60) days after such charge first appears on your account.
A-List Memberships are available only to legal residents of the United States who are 16 years of age or older. A valid photo identification card and accepted form of Payment Method (as defined below in the Automatic Payment Authorization section) are required for A-List Membership. If the Member is under the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he or she legally resides, the Member, by enrolling in the A-List program, acknowledges that he or she has obtained permission to enroll in the program from a parent or legal guardian. When entering your name at sign up for the A-List Membership, please keep in mind that your name on our records for Membership must exactly match your name on the photo ID you plan on using in connection with your Membership, including at theatres. For an ID to be considered valid, it must be issued by a government or school and include your full name and photo. Identification cards not meeting these qualifications, electronic or photocopies, or those issued by a private corporation are not acceptable.
- Benefit or Fee Changes. We will provide you with at least thirty days (30) prior written notice via email if we make material changes to the Membership benefits or if the Membership fee to be charged or debited changes, in accordance with the Automatic Payment Authorization section below, unless applicable law requires us to give you notice sooner. You consent to our ability to change our pricing and Membership benefits through an electronic communication to you. If you do not wish to accept a price or Membership benefits change made by us, you may cancel your Membership as described in these Program Terms, otherwise you will be deemed to have consented to the price/Membership benefit change and authorize us to charge the new Membership fees to your payment method.
9. AMC STUBS A-LIST GIFT MEMBERSHIP
You may give a new A-List Membership (“Gift”) to someone who is not already a Member. You may not apply a Gift to an existing Membership account.
Purchaser may choose a Gift covering three (3), six (6) or twelve (12) months of Membership (“Gift Period”); the minimum Gift Period is a three (3)-month Membership period, which satisfies the minimum Initial Commitment described above. Memberships activated using a Gift will be activated at the highest Membership Plan described above and will be valid at all AMC theatre locations in the U.S. for the Gift Period.
The recipient of the Gift Membership will be required to create a Membership Account, with a valid email address and accepted form of Payment Method (as defined below in the Automatic Payment Authorization section) and must agree to sign up for a recurring A-List Membership. At the end of the Gift Period, the recipient will be charged a Membership fee for the A-List Membership Plan that they select (i.e., See Movies in All States), which will automatically renew each month thereafter, unless the gift recipient cancels at least five (5) calendar days before the end of the Gift Period or the next renewal month. However, the recipient will not be charged a Membership fee until expiration of the Gift Period. .
Recipient is subject to all other Membership terms and conditions of use.
Gifts do not expire. You may not return or cancel your Gift, even if the gift recipient does not activate the Gift Membership. However, prior to activation only, recipients who do not wish to activate a Membership or who do not otherwise meet the eligibility requirements described above (16 years of age for A-List, with a valid photo ID, email address and Payment Method) may exchange the Gift for an AMC eGift Card equal to the purchase price. To do so, follow the link in the footer of the Gift email or contact Customer Support. eGift Cards are valid at all AMC Theatres US locations. No refunds will be given to the purchaser if the gift recipient does not activate the Gift membership and agree to a recurring A-List Membership or exchange the Gift for an AMC eGift Card before activation.
Gift Memberships are available for purchase and exchange via AMCTheatres.com or the AMC Theatres mobile app only.
To mitigate fraud, all Gift orders are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided at the time of order with information provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your Gift order may be delayed until it can be corrected or verified.
Ownership and risk of loss for Gifts pass to the purchaser as soon as confirmation is sent to the designated recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gifts. If you have any questions, please see the FAQs.
Notification of Gifts are delivered via email. We are not responsible for Gifts that are undeliverable or not received due to failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Gift. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address.
If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Gift Membership has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed: (1) Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder, (2) recipient's firewall blocked the email, (3) email inbox is over size limit, or (4) invalid email address. If a spam filter is blocking AMC Theatres Gift Membership emails, the gift recipient’s email options will need to be modified so that AMC Theatres Gift Membership emails are not considered spam.

10. AUTOMATIC PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By signing up for the AMC Stubs Premiere Membership online or enabling automatic renewals from your AMC Stubs dashboard or by signing up for the A-List Membership, you authorize AMC Theatres to store for future use including pursuant to this Automatic Payment Authorization and to initiate charges/debits to the credit card or debit card ("Payment Method") information provided to us in connection with your Membership automatically to pay the Membership fee plus applicable taxes due for each Membership period and any other amounts you may owe us. You are responsible for updating your Payment Method, including any change in account number or payment card expiration date. You acknowledge that we may obtain updated information regarding any Payment Method you provide from your financial institution and that any such updated payment information likewise will become the Payment Method for this Automatic Payment Authorization. If you have more than one (1) Payment Method on file, we may charge/debit any such Payment Method. You certify that you are the owner of or have authorization to use any Payment Method information you provide, and you are authorized, and have authority to authorize us, to make charges to and permit us to store the payment method information you provide.
For Premiere Members, charges/debits will be made to the Payment Method on or after the first day of each Membership period in the amount of your Membership Fee, $17.99 a year plus applicable taxes for the Membership period.
For A-List Members, charges/debits will be made to the Payment Method on or after the first day of each Membership period (including during the Initial Commitment discussed above) in the amount of your Membership Fee ($19.95, $22.95 or $24.95, depending on your Membership Plan) plus applicable taxes for the Membership period. If you cancel during the Initial Commitment, you will be charged immediately for the remaining Initial Commitment period and your Membership benefits will continue until the end of the Initial Commitment.
If a charge/debit is returned unpaid, we will provide notice to your email address on file to update your payment information, and we may in our discretion and upon notice sent to you by email immediately suspend your Membership, and A-List Members will not be able to reserve additional showtimes. We will resubmit returned charges/debits up to the maximum number of times and within the periods permitted by payment network rules. If resubmissions are accepted, we will renew your Membership. If one (1) or more resubmissions is rejected or the Membership fee otherwise continues to remain unpaid, we may in our discretion and upon notice sent to you by email cancel your Membership subscription and any pending showtime reservations will be cancelled. A-List Members remain responsible for any unpaid fees that were due during the Initial Commitment.
If a Premiere Member cancels automatic payments, their Premiere Membership will not be automatically renewed and may be cancelled after expiration of the current term if not renewed separately from the automatic renewal process on the AMC Theatres mobile app, at www.amctheatres.com/amcstubs or in the theatre.
The A-List Membership is based on authorization of automatic payments to the Payment Method you choose. Accordingly, automatic payment authorization will continue until cancelled by you or us, and if an A-List Member cancels automatic payments, we will automatically cancel your Membership in the A-List Program as of the end of the then current Membership period. A-List Members may not cancel automatic payments for the first three Membership periods, which as discussed above are included in the Initial Commitment.
Premiere Members may, and after the Initial Commitment, A-List Members may, cancel this automatic payment authorization by navigating to the Manage My Plan section on the AMC Theatres mobile app or www.amctheatres.com/amcstubs. Your cancellation will take effect after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it, up to a maximum of five (5) calendar days.
We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice via email if we make material changes to the Membership benefits or if the Membership fee to be charged or debited changes, provided that you agree we will only send notice of changes in amounts to be automatically debited when the change is (1) due to a change in the Membership fee, or (2) due to a change in applicable taxes and the change, either an increase or a decrease, is greater than $10.00.
11. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE/LOYALTY PROGRAM
As we outlined above, we provide rewards benefits and special offers to customers who participate in our Program. Categories of personal information that we collect when you participate in our Program include your contact information (e.g., name, email address, phone number), birth date, location, and you will create a password to login to your account. Through your participation in the Program, we may also collect commercial information including products you purchase.
Disclosures to Third Parties and Loyalty Program Partners

How to Opt In and Right to Withdraw
You can sign up to participate in the Program online or at any AMC Theatres location (except for A-List Program). By signing up, you affirmatively opt in to receiving the financial incentives and joining our Program. You can withdraw from the Program at any time by deleting your Program account, contacting us at www.amctheatres.com/contact, or at the box office or Guest Service information desk of any AMC Theatres location in the United States. If you opt out of receiving a financial incentive, we will not reduce the value of any financial incentive you previously received from us.
Please note that if you requested deletion of your Program account and/or personal information, that we will no longer be able to provide you with the same benefits, rewards, and promotions. We must maintain the personal information that you provide for us to provide the Program benefits to you.
How the Financial Incentive is Reasonably Related to the Value of Your Personal Information
The Program and all benefits, financial incentives, and offers are reasonably related to the value provided by your personal information. We take into consideration, without limitation, the anticipated revenue generated from such information, the anticipated expenses which we might incur in the collection, storage, and use of such information, and the anticipated expenses which we might incur related to the offer, provision, and imposition of the Program. Based on this analysis, the value of your personal information that allows us to make these offers and financial incentives is the value of the offer itself or as described in further detail below.
- AMC Stubs A-List and Premiere Members accrue one hundred (100) points per dollar spent on eligible purchases. AMC Stubs Premiere GO! Members accrue twenty (40) points per dollar spent on eligible purchases. AMC Stubs Insider Members accrue twenty (20) points per dollar spent on eligible purchases. Each time a Member accrues 5,000 points, the Member receives a redeemable five-dollar ($5.00) reward.
- The value of upgrades on food and beverage items and birthday rewards (including free popcorn for all AMC Stubs Members and a free drink for AMC Stubs A-List, Premiere and Premiere GO! Members) vary by geographic location, and may be determined based on the listed price of the item at the location where the Member redeems the reward.
- The value of a waived convenience fee varies by geographic location and point of sale and may be determined based on the stated convenience fee as set forth at the point of sale.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT.
These Program Terms, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between us and any user of the Program with respect to the Program and supersedes any other agreements, statements or representations. Headings used in these Program Terms are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning of any terms. Any user of any portion of the AMC Stubs Program is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of these Program Terms.
13. CHANGES TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS.
We may change the terms of these Program Terms at any time without notice or liability by posting revised Program Terms on the Member Program website located at amctheatres.com. Any change shall take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise provided. You may view the current version of these Program Terms at any time online at www.amctheatres.com/amcstubs. You may also obtain a copy at any AMC Theatres location or by contacting Guest Service team online at www.amctheatres.com/contact.
