When you become an AMC Stubs Insider, you can refill your large popcorn for FREE at every visit, ticket savings every Tuesday and enjoy $5 reward every time you reach 5,000 points. You can also upgrade to AMC Stubs Premiere and get premiere perks like FREE size upgrades on popcorn and fountain drinks and earn points 5x faster than Insiders (100 points per $1 spent) all for just $15 a year (plus applicable tax). Want to know when tickets go on sale? Set a reminder for any upcoming film and we'll let you know when tickets go on sale. Find your saved movies under "Reminders" on your AMC Stubs Dashboard!

Cancel Your Membership

Sorry to see you go! You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us here. However, we can only issue refunds for accounts that have been created in the last 30 days and have not used any benefits. AMC Stubs Premiere members who cancel their membership can elect to downgrade to an AMC Stubs Insider account, or be removed from the AMC Stubs program completely.

Renew Your Membership

Renew your AMC Stubs Premiere membership at any time by clicking the "Renew Now?" button on your AMC Stubs dashboard. You can also renew by speaking with any AMC Theatre crew member.

You can enroll in our free AMC Stubs Insider tier here or enjoy even more amazing benefits by enrolling in our AMC Stubs Premiere tier here. You can also enroll using the AMC mobile app or by speaking with any crew member at your local AMC Theatre. Just provide your name, birthdate, favorite theatre and email address and you're in!

Registration

Registering your account will allow you take control of your experience online. You can access your entire account, points and rewards, your past and upcoming tickets, membership information, receive Tuesday ticketing discounts, waiving convenience fees and more! Register your account today here.

If you enrolled in-theatre, you need to register your account here to manage your account, keep track of your benefits and earned rewards. If you enrolled online or via the AMC mobile app, then don?t worry - you?re already registered!

Membership Cards

AMC Stubs Insider members do not receive a physical card; however, you can access your virtual card with ease using the AMC mobile app If you enroll into AMC Stubs Premiere in-theatre, you will receive a card kit during enrollment. If you enroll into AMC Stubs Premiere online, you will receive a card kit within 4-6 weeks. If you are at the theatre and don?t have your account number a crew member can look you up by phone number or email address!

Don't worry about a thing -- we've got you covered! AMC Stubs Premiere members can report a lost or stolen card here. All you have to do is submit a request, and we will deactivate your old card number and issue you a new card kit with a brand-new number. We will also transfer your existing balance and activity over to the new number so that you won't miss a beat in earning points and rewards! Card looking a bit worse for wear? AMC Premiere members can request a new card by submitting your account information here and we will send out a new card to you in 4-6 weeks.

You can access your virtual card with ease using the AMC mobile app under "Wallet." Present the code to cashier at the box office or concession stand to earn points!

Points will expire after 1 year with no account activity. If you keep earning points, you keep extending the date! Expired points cannot be restored.

Renew Your Membership

You can keep using your membership through the expiration date! Any additional memberships will add 12 months onto your existing membership. Please contact us here if you purchased multiple renewals by mistake.

Earning AMC Stubs points is simple - just present your active AMC Stubs account (physical card, virtual card or AMC Stubs email address) during checkout at any AMC Theatre! Buying online or via the AMC mobile app is even easier - once logged in, you will automatically earn points on all your purchases!

Simply present your large popcorn bag or tub and receipt to a crew member at the concession stand when requesting your refill and you?re all set!

As an AMC Stubs Premiere member, make sure that you always order a large size fountain drink or popcorn. Use your physical card, virtual card or AMC Stubs email address at the concession stand and your discount will automatically be applied! To receive size upgrades when purchasing popcorn and fountain drinks online on in our app, simply log in and make your purchase.
