How do I cancel my AMC Stubs membership?

. However, we can only issue refunds for accounts that have been created in the last 30 days and have not used any benefits. AMC Stubs Premiere members who cancel their membership can elect to downgrade to an AMC Stubs Insider account, or be removed from the AMC Stubs program completely.

How far in advance do I need to cancel to avoid being charged another membership fee?
Membership cancelation requests must be received at least five (5) business days prior to your next billing date in order to process and avoid being charged for another membership.
Earning Points
How do I earn points?
Earning AMC Stubs points is simple - just present your active AMC Stubs account (virtual card or AMC Stubs email address or Phone number) during checkout at any AMC Theatre! Buying online or via the AMC mobile app is even easier - once logged in, you will automatically earn points on all eligible purchases! How do I keep track of my points?
All the power is in your hands! Once you have registered your membership online, you can log into your account

or via the AMC mobile app to view your current balance, see recent transactions, redeem rewards and manage your membership. Your local AMC Theatre would be happy to give you an update on your membership after each transaction as well!
Getting Points for Past Transactions
Don't worry, these things happen! We would be happy to add points for purchases you made in the last 30 days, as long as you have a receipt. Just take your receipt to the theatre and guest services will be happy to help you out. You can also send us your request

Pending points occur when you have an advanced ticket purchase.

Point Expiration
Insider Member’s earned points will expire after a period of 12 consecutive calendar months without a qualifying AMC theatres transaction. If you keep earning points, you keep extending the date!
Points will not expire for members retaining Premiere or A-List tier status.

Pricing and Payment
How will I be notified of a price change?
In the case of any upcoming price changes for Premiere or A-List, (or other major changes), we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance of the change going into effect, provided the change is not due to change in applicable taxes.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged on or around your expiration date, pending bank holidays etc.
What payment options are valid?
A valid credit or debit card is required when enrolling into AMC Stubs Premiere. You can choose which card saved to your account is charged for the annual recurring membership. Want to use a gift card? Please visit your favorite AMC Theatre and purchase or renew with an associate.
Can I pay for my A-List or Premiere membership with AMC Stubs rewards?
You cannot use AMC Stubs rewards towards the AMC Stubs Premiere or A-List membership fees.
How do I change my Credit Card for billing?
To add or delete a payment card, navigate to the "Wallet" tab on your My AMC dashboard. If you have recurring billing on a Premiere or A-List account, you will need to add the new card first and assign it as primary before you can remove the old card. If you receive an error, please confirm the address being entered matches what is on file with your card provider or bank.
Redeeming Points & Rewards
Activating Rewards
AMC Stubs members can activate $5 in rewards for every 5000 points earned. Just head over to your rewards tab on your AMC Stubs Dashboard in the mobile app or via
www.amctheatres.com/rewards
to check out points and activate rewards so you have them ready to go for your next visit or when you choose to use them prior to expiration.
Reward Expiration
Rewards are valid for 90 days after activation. Now you choose when to use your rewards. Apply them online or tell the crew member at your favorite theatre when you have activated rewards you want to apply. Note that Bonus Bucks and rewards earned will have their own expiration date based on promotional offer terms. These dates will be listed along with the reward on you Rewards page in My AMC.

*The following items are currently excluded from using rewards toward purchase: Alcohol, gift cards, On Demand movies, retail merchandise, select concert or other specialty films, and fees including membership, convenience, service and delivery.

How are online fees waived?
AMC Stubs Premiere & A-List members will have their fees waived every time! If you are an AMC Stubs Insider member, your fees are waived when you purchase four or more tickets at once. To have your fees waived when using amctheatres.com or the AMC mobile app, simply log in and make your purchase - your fees will automatically be waived at checkout. When using a 3rd party site (Fandango, movietickets.com, ATOM tickets) make sure that your AMC Stubs account number is applied to the purchase, and your fees will also be waived automatically.
How do I redeem my birthday offer?
Your AMC Stubs birthday offer will automatically be loaded onto your account during your birthday month (make sure you have a birthday listed on your account!). If not used, the birthday offer will expire at the end of the month. AMC Stubs Insider members will receive a free large popcorn, and AMC Stubs Premiere & A-List members will receive a free large popcorn and free large fountain drink. Simply include your birthday item(s) in your order and the price will automatically be deducted when ordering online or by using your AMC Stubs account at your local participating AMC Theatre.
