Now boarding travelers ages 8 and up for DreamWorks Dragons Flight Academy. You must be at least 44 inches tall. For all other Dreamscape adventures, travelers must be at least 10 years old and at least 48 inches tall. Travelers under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. At check in, travelers under 13 must have their parent or guardian sign their waiver.

Dreamscape is a social experience. Up to six ticketed travelers may enter at a time. If your party has more than six people, your party will be split into multiple groups. Parties with fewer than six may be paired with additional guests.

Adventure durations vary by title. Your full journey should take approximately 35 minutes from beginning to end, including check-in through gear-up and gear-down.

We do not advise going on a Dreamscape adventure while expecting.

Dreamscape utilizes motion capture technology to more accurately track users in the experience with little to no latency (the feeling of being off balance). Most individuals do not experience motion sickness in our adventures. However it is an individual decision.

All sensors, headsets and backpacks are adjustable and one-size-fits-all.

If you need glasses to see in the real world, you will probably need to use them in a VR experience. Please note that some oversized glasses may be a tight fit inside the headset.

Yes, hearing devices can be worn under the headset earpiece.

Yes. Please alert a Dreamscape guide and they will ensure that closed captioning is available for your experience. Please note that only English closed captioning is available at this time.

The health and safety of our guests and associates is our highest priority. We are reopening Dreamscape at AMC in compliance with state/local guidelines and have consulted with noted scientists and health experts to design and implement enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols to bring back guests and associates to a safe and clean environment.

We thoroughly clean and sanitize all gear and equipment, including headsets, foot and hand trackers, and backpacks after each use. Additionally, all user equipment goes through a heat and ozone sterilization process daily.

• Daily Health Screenings: All associates have their temperatures read before starting their shifts. Anyone who has a fever or symptoms is required to self-quarantine until symptom free for at least 72 hours.
• Frequent Handwashing: Our associates are required to wash their hands routinely for at least 20 seconds.

We only sell pre-packaged food and beverage items and have measures in place to maintain the highest levels of food safety.

Both accounts are optional. A free Dreamscape account helps you get more out of your adventure. You can also earn rewards through an AMC Stubs account where applicable. You can purchase tickets with or without either accounts.

Yes, applicable ticket purchases and food and beverage items will earn AMC Stubs points.

Yes, AMC Stubs points and rewards can be redeemed for Dreamscape at AMC tickets and concessions, both online and in store.

No, A-List members can earn points on purchases but Dreamscape at AMC adventures are excluded from reservations.

Dreamscape at AMC follows all local and federal guidelines for employing minors in the workplace.

A free Dreamscape Account is a fast and simple way to get more out of your adventures. When you create a free Dreamscape Account, you can buy tickets online, check in faster for your adventures by keeping your waiver on file, keep a log of your journeys and ticket purchases (select locations only), and be the first to know about new experiences, new locations and special events. You can create a free Dreamscape Account here.

No. Dreamscape Accounts are free and convenient, but they are not required. You can purchase tickets and embark on Dreamscape adventures without a free Dreamscape Account. But if you are thinking about taking several adventures with Dreamscape, having an account will make your check-in process faster and easier.

Dreamscape at AMC ReAdmit Passes and Dreamscape at AMC Guest Passes are accepted anytime for a Dreamscape experience.  Please visit your local Dreamscape at AMC store for specific details.  Black, Yellow, Gold, Red, Green and Silver Tickets are not accepted for Dreamscape at AMC experiences.

Use your gift card to purchase tickets to Dreamscape at AMC adventures, both in-store and online, merchandise and food & beverage offerings.

There are no additional fees to use or redeem Dreamscape at AMC gift cards. Please note - online ticket convenience fees still apply even when using the Dreamscape at AMC gift card.

Dreamscape at AMC gift cards do not expire. However, the gift cards will not function five years after activation. Funds will remain available and you can call 800-255-0311 for a free replacement card.

Yes, Dreamscape at AMC gift cards are reloadable in store only.

Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen Dreamscape at AMC gift cards. Hold onto your gift card the same way you’d hold onto cash.

You cannot exchange your Dreamscape at AMC gift card for cash except where required by law.

Yes, Dreamscape at AMC tickets are refundable or exchangeable up to 2 hours before the displayed departure time. They are refundable in person or on the amctheatres.com website. Refunds cannot be processed for Dreamscape at AMC locations through the Dreamscape website.

For tickets purchased online, you can receive a refund up to 2 hours before the displayed departure time. You can request a refund online, through the Tickets section in your AMC Stubs account or through the link in your confirmation email. Convenience fees cannot be refunded. For tickets purchased at one of our stores, you will need to visit the location up to 2 hours prior to the printed showtime.

You’ll need your confirmation number or QR code enclosed within your confirmation email to retrieve your tickets required for check-in. Bring the confirmation number or QR code on your phone or printed out to a Dreamscape guide in the store; they will then print out a check-in ticket for you to use at the check-in kiosks where you will fill out all pertinent information and be able to choose your avatar for your upcoming adventure.

After you've completed your online purchase for a ticket at a Dreamscape at AMC venue, a confirmation email will be sent from AMC Theatres to the email address that you provided. Please bring your confirmation email with you when you check in.

You can use one of AMC's self-service kiosks, or you can buy tickets from a Dreamscape guide. Tickets can be purchased for same day or for a date in the future.

There are no AMC Stubs Discount Tuesday savings applied to Dreamscape at AMC ticket purchases.

Please complete this form with all details of your event and a member of our team will contact you within 72 hours for next steps. All standard terms apply when booking a Dreamscape at AMC group buyout.

Please wear comfortable clothing, especially shoes. Heels and flip-flops don’t mix well with virtual worlds. Same with long skirts or flared pants, since they may get tangled up and/or interfere with sensors.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This includes all group members. We are not able to bring you into a Dreamscape adventure once it has begun.

If you miss your start time, please speak with a Dreamscape Guide in- store on the same day as your scheduled experience and we will do our best to accommodate you if there is an available open slot.

"Once you check in, you can relax in the departure lounge until it’s time for your adventure. You’ll find displays and artifacts from the world you’re about to visit in the departure lounge, along with a mercantile gift shop and snack bar. Just remember not to bring any snacks with you on the adventure! While in the departure lounge, please keep an eye out for your name and departure time located on the departure monitors. About 5 minutes before your departure time, a Dreamscape Guide will announce when it’s time to board. The Guide will bring your group to the Gear-Up/Gear-Down Room, where you will put on a backpack, sensor-equipped hand and foot mounts, and a headset, which can be worn over most prescription glasses. (Please note if your glasses are oversized, it may be a tight fit.) Once everyone in your party is geared up, it’s on to an exciting adventure!"

A storage area is available for your personal belongings during your Dreamscape adventure. Please note that Dreamscape is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Yes. The departure lounge has a mercantile with a gift shop and snack bar. There is plenty to see and do while waiting for a friend or family member to complete a Dreamscape adventure.

Refreshments are available for purchase at our departure lounge mercantile after your adventure. Refreshments are not included in your ticket price, and please note that there is no eating or drinking allowed during the adventure.

Yes. Stop by our mercantile after your adventure where you can find great gifts, awesome apparel, and exclusive collectibles from the worlds you’ve just visited.

Photos and videos are not allowed inside the adventure, but we encourage you to snap all the photos you want in the departure lounge, check-in area or outside our store. Don’t forget to share them on social media with #DreamscapeVR and tag @VisitDreamscape!

All gear and equipment that you come in contact with is thoroughly sanitized between each adventure.
