If you have an AMC gift card that begins with 6006, please email photos of the front and back to [email protected] for a replacement card. AMC gift cards that start with 6006 need to be replaced, at no cost, to be redeemable.

Where can I purchase an AMC Gift Card?

What is an AMC Gift Card?

The AMC Gift Card is a prepaid gift card similar to a gift certificate that can be used to buy tickets or concessions at any AMC theatre. What other gift can provide action, drama, comedy and Junior Mints?

What forms of payment do you accept for gift cards?

We accept cash or the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Precious metals are still not accepted. Online orders can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, but all credit cards used must have a U.S. billing address.

What AMC Gift Card denominations are there to choose from?

Cards purchased at any AMC theatre may be loaded with any whole dollar amount between $5 and $100. For values above $100, contact our National Sales department at 800-AMC-4TIX (800-262-4849).

Can someone else use my AMC Gift Card?

Yes. Because your name does not appear on the card, you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose. Even Professor Kopcha, your former writing teacher, even though he gave you a B on your To Kill a Mockingbird essay.

Can I use an AMC Gift Card to purchase another AMC Gift Card?

No. An AMC Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card (unless prohibited by law).

Can I purchase concession items with an AMC Gift Card?

You bet. Concessions are always on the menu with an AMC Gift Card.

Can I combine more than one gift card?

No. You may not consolidate your AMC Gift Cards onto one card, but you can use multiple cards for one transaction at the theatre.

Are there discounts available for Gift Card purchases?

What types of AMC Gift Cards are there?

Traditional AMC Gift Cards let you choose a design, write a message on the card carrier and load a dollar amount to the card. Digital Gift Cards are more immediately available and can be emailed immediately if you're the instant gratification type. All types of AMC Gift Cards are reloadable.

Where are AMC Gift Cards honored?

All AMC Classic, AMC and AMC Dine-In theatres in the United States will honor AMC Gift Cards. So, step right up for an entertainment treat. AMC Gift Cards purchased in the U.S. and gift certificates purchased in Canada are non-transferable. They can only be used in the country they were originally purchased.

What happens to my gift card if it reaches $0 balance?

Gift cards with $0 balance will be removed from your wallet on the AMC Theatres website and mobile app to make more room for gift cards with balances. If you have a physical AMC Theatres gift card that reaches $0 balance, please properly dispose of or recycle the gift card. Click here to purchase additional gift cards.

Can I reload my AMC gift card?
