Refunding Your Order

We charge a small convenience fee per ticket purchased on our website and mobile app. This fee helps to ensure you can purchase tickets conveniently online before they sell out, to select your ideal seats where applicable, to order Food & Beverage in advance, and to skip lines at the theatre. The fee is displayed on the Order Summary during the online purchase process. Convenience fees cannot be refunded, but you can avoid paying convenience fees by joining AMC Stubs: AMC Stubs A-List and Premiere members never pay ticketing fees on our site, our app or our partner sites, and fees are waived for Insiders who buy 4+ tickets.
Subject to exceptions for non-refundable event tickets, for tickets or food and beverage items purchased on our website or mobile app, you can receive a refund before the printed showtime. You can request this refund online, through the Tickets section on your AMC Stubs account or your confirmation email. Convenience fees cannot be refunded.
For tickets or food and beverage items purchased at one of our theatres, you will need to visit the location prior to the printed showtime.
At this time, we do not offer the ability to edit a ticket purchase. Subject to exceptions for non-refundable event tickets, you can purchase your new tickets and then request a refund for your previous purchase online.
A-List Gift Memberships are non-refundable. Recipients will have the option to exchange the gift membership for an AMC eGift Card of equal value if they are already an A-List member or choose not to opt into an A-List membership.
Subject to exceptions for non-refundable event tickets, you can request a refund online through the Tickets section of your AMC Stubs account or your confirmation email. Once the refund has been initiated, you will receive an email from BitPay asking you to authorize the refund back to your cryptocurrency wallet. Processing time varies by the cryptocurrency used and may delay the email from BitPay, but you should receive it within 2 days. If you used a voucher for this purchase, please fill out the online ticketing support form with your order number and request to receive a replacement voucher. Refund request must be completed prior to showtime.
