1. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The AMC Theaters Super Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 9, 2023 and ends 11:59 p.m. CT on April 16, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). AMC Stubs® Insider, Premiere and A-List Members are eligible to enter. There is no cost associated with being an AMC Stubs® Insider Member. Employees of American Multi-Cinema, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Universal Pictures Marketing (“Studio”), a division of Universal Film Exchanges LLC (“Universal Pictures”) and Universal City Studios LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood (“Universal Studios Hollywood”) (Universal Pictures and Universal Studios Hollywood may collectively be referred to herein as “Universal”) and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children including foster and step-relations, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island and U.S. territories and possessions located outside of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
   
   
   1. Via Ticket Purchase: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrant may participate by using their AMC Stubs® Membership Number (“Membership Number”) or by logging into their AMC Stubs® Account to purchase a ticket to “THE SUPER MARIO BROS. MOVIE” (“Film”) at any AMC theatre showing the Film, at amctheatres.com or on the AMC Theatres App or at a designated ticketing partner’s website for any of the dates from April 5, 2023 through April 16, 2023. By completing the ticket purchase transaction, the AMC Stubs® Member (as per Sponsor’s records) will automatically receive one (1) entry (subject to verification and the limitations stated above) into the Sweepstakes (“Purchase Entry” or “Entry”). Members will only receive one (1) Entry regardless of the number of Film tickets purchased including if the ticket is purchased as a Private Theatre Rental for Member and others. Entry will only be awarded if the Membership Number is provided at the time of ticket purchase. If Entrant does not have his/her/their Membership Number when purchasing at an AMC theatre, he/she/they may request box office personnel to look for his/her/their Membership Number by providing his/her/their name and phone number. For online purchase, no Entry will be received if the complete Membership Number is not inputted or recorded by the Entrant in the designated area of www.amctheatres.com or a designated ticketing partner’s transaction website or on the AMC Theatres app. No Entry will be received if the ticket purchase transaction is later voided for any reason (e.g., non-payment) or use of AMC Stubs® Membership Number/Account is determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion not to be in full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the AMC Stubs® Program. No Entry will be received if ticket purchase is refunded due to theatre exceeding restricted capacity limits or closure in compliance with applicable law.
      
      
   2. Via Mail: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To receive an Entry without making a ticket purchase, during the Sweepstakes Period, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand-print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime or evening telephone numbers (including area code) and valid email address. Then mail Entry in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed to: AMC Theaters Super Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7764, Melville, NY 11775-7764 (“Mailed Entry” or “Entry”). Mailed Entries must be complete to be eligible. To be included in the random drawing, Mailed Entries must be postmarked beginning March 9, 2023 through April 17, 2023, and received by April 24, 2023. Mechanically reproduced or automated Mailed Entries are not eligible.
      
      There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Entrant, regardless of method of Entry. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than one (1) Entry by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal data/Internet access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrant’s online/phone service may apply.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 26, 2023, from among all eligible Entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator (defined below), an independent judging agency whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the prize (“Grand Prize”) are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail/phone.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Grand Prize: One (1) three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. Trip includes round trip economy class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests from a major commercial airport closest to winner’s home to Los Angeles, California*, two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at nearby hotel as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood (“USH”) in their sole discretion,, non-exclusive ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in Los Angeles*, and 2-Day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood theme park for winner and up to three (3) guests. The ARV of the Prize is Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Six Dollars ($4,760.)
   
   *For a winner who is a California resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole discretion.
   
   Prize Terms and Conditions: Trip must be completed by April 16, 2024 or Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Studios Hollywood and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her/their Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guest, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she/they must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner.  ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner.  Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Studios Hollywood. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. All unclaimed and/or unused Prizes or portion thereof will remain the property of Universal Studios Hollywood and may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by winner nor used by Sponsor, its agencies or clients. Winner and Guests must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city. All details of the Universal Studios Hollywood Prizes will be determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole discretion and Universal Studios Hollywood reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or prize element of comparable value.
   
   All theme park and show tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attraction and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed.  Universal Studios Hollywood reserves the right to change the name of any ticket. Unless otherwise noted, all theme park and show tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed ‘hard ticket’ entertainment events at any of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues.

6. USH Parks specific language, including COVID information and Prize details:
   
   Parking not included. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket may not be altered, copied, transferred or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person named on it, or when accompanied by the person named on it. Ticket cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, Halloween Horror Nights or sightseeing tours. All tickets are valid during normal operating hours only.  Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice.  Some special events may be separately ticketed.  USH reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, all tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at any of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues. If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her trip with fewer than three (3) guests or no guest, this Grand Prize will be awarded only to the Grand Prize winner and each participating guest and any remainder of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Once guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor or USH’s sole and absolute discretion. All elements of the trip must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Grand Prize winner is between and including the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Unless child or ward of Grand Prize winner or one of the allotted guests, each guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Grand Prize winner. ARV may vary depending on actual park visit date and/or hotel fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV will not be awarded. Trip consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the trip and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Grand Prize winner and guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e., valid photo identification) prior to travel. Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By accepting admission, you assume all inherent risks and agree to release USH and its affiliates from liability for illness (including communicable / infectious diseases), loss, injury, or damage related to your purchase or visit. USH reserves the right to revoke the license granted by the ticket.  Park, rides/shows/attractions, entertainment, experience details and/or access to event may be restricted or unavailable due to capacity/closures/other factors and benefits/restrictions are subject to change without notice.  For Park hours, visit UniversalStudiosHollywood.com/calendar-and-hours. Valid at Universal Studios Hollywood, located in Los Angeles, California. The Prize Package is subject to change without written notice or warning. Should an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics and the spread of infectious diseases, and any related governmental or judicial actions taken in connection with, or as a response to, any such event, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Sweepstakes occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the  Prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for the Prize or portion of the Prize for which Universal Studios Hollywood is responsible for, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/or fulfilment. Should the Prize become unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered.
   
   In connection with any visit to Universal Studios Hollywood, please be advised that Sponsor’s and Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit. By accepting the Prize, winner, on behalf of him, herself, or themself and on behalf of any individuals who use the Prize, expressly assumes the risk that during use of the Prize they may be exposed to COVID-19, the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19, or other communicable and/or infectious diseases.  Winner and Guests, if any, expressly understand that these risks include contracting COVID-19 or other communicable and/or infectious diseases and the associated dangers, medical complications and physical and mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from contracting COVID-19 or other communicable and/or infectious diseases. A 1099 tax statement will be filed with the IRS for the winner for the actual total value of the Prize. The 1099 will be processed for the tax year in which the Prize was received. In the event the winner or his/her/their guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, or eject them from the Experience and send the winner and/or guests’ home with no further compensation to the winner. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state, and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specific herein as being provided are the winner’s responsibility. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. GENERAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The potential winning Entrant will be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within forty-eight hours (48) hours of notification attempt or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. If Prize or Prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential winning Entrant fails to return the completed Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within the required period, an alternate potential winning Entrant will be selected and contacted (in accordance with these Official Rules. If the winning Entrant does not comply with these Official Rules, then the potential winning Entrant may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winning Entrant will be selected and contacted (in accordance with these Official Rules).  The potential winning Entrant is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection and confirmation of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winning Entrant’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now known or otherwise developed without further compensation or review, including a winner list, unless prohibited by law.  In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements (in any and all media/medium) contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.  Entries become the property of the Sponsor.  The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone incompatibility or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the software, products, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of (or failure to process) the Entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in connection with the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Purchase Entry, the authorized account holder of the Membership Number associated with the Entrant will be deemed to be the Entrant. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned that Membership Number through the AMC Stubs® Account. The winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the AMC Stubs® account associated with the Entry. Proof of submission of Entry does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information, or eligibility for the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any email or Entry to be received by the Sponsor for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates these Official Rules; is suspected of cheating, fraud, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any Entrant who uses or is suspected of using cheating, fraudulent means, unauthorized entry methods, or otherwise attempts to participate multiple times, or with multiple identities, social media accounts, e-mail and/or addresses will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the winning Entry in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to such action. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrants/winner/guests (or parent/legal guardian of minor guests) agree that the Released Parties, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, agents, successors and assigns, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be released and held harmless by Entrant/administrator for any threatened or actual claims, actions and liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, if applicable, or participation in the Sweepstakes or in any related activity. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents and agree to be bound thereto.

8. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: Except to the extent pre-empted by federal or other applicable state law, the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between Entrant and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Kansas, having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Kansas without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof.

9. PRIZE PROVIDERS/CHOICE OF LAW: USH is a Prize provider only in this Sweepstakes; is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes; and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the collection of the entries or the selection of any winner. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to Universal. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Studios Hollywood arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in any portion of the prize involving Universal Studios Hollywood shall be fully and finally adjudicated by binding arbitration to the fullest extent allowed by law (an “Arbitration”) in Los Angeles, California. The Arbitration shall be administered by JAMS in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedure of JAMS (available at https://www.jamsadr.com/rules-streamlined-arbitration/) or subsequent versions thereof, including the optional appeal procedure.

10. PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by it and its agents for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, for any additional opt-in information you agreed to upon participation, and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, posted at https://www.amctheatres.com/privacy-policy and as allowed by law.

11. WINNER LIST: For the name of the winner, available after May 31, 2023, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked by June 30, 2023 to: AMC Theaters Super Sweepstakes Winner, 100 Marcus Dr. Attn: SC, Melville, NY 11747.

12. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is American Multi-Cinema, Inc., 11500 Ash Street, Leawood, Kansas 66211. The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.
