Dardenne Brothers Working on Terrorism Movie
Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne, the Belgian filmmaking duo, are writing a script about the rise of terrorism in Europe.
“We are writing the script now, and hope to shoot it in Belgium by the fall of next year,” said Luc Dardenne to Variety.
The Lima Film Festival is paying tribute to the Dardenne brothers by screening some of their most notable films.
Currently, the brothers are working on a comedy drama titled “Drole de Pere” which translates to “Funny Dad.” Martin Scorcese acquired the U.S. distribution rights to the film.
