Tons of movie-goers at the moment are getting their first major dose of Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen in "The Hunger Games," but one of the cool things about this budding new actress is that she'll take on the small movies as well as the big ones.
The one we're referring to today is the new horror-thriller "House at the End of the Street." She stars in the production alongside Elisabeth Shue and Maz Thieriot. The picture is directed by Mark Tonderai off the screenplay written by David Loucka.
The story centers on a mother (Shue) and daughter (Lawrence) who move to a new town and find themselves living next door to a house where a young girl murdered her parents. When the daughter befriends the surviving son, she learns that the story is far from over.
"House at the End of the Street" will come out in AMC Theatres everywhere on September 21, 2012.
