ICE AGE: CONTINENTAL DRIFT Television Spot

A new television spot for the latest instillation in the popular animated “Ice Age” franchise, “Ice Age: Continental Drift” has become available and it looks to have the appeal of the previous films.

Take a look at the spot and synopsis for the film below.

Synopsis:

Manny, Diego, and Sid embark upon another adventure after their continent is set adrift. Using an iceberg as a ship, they encounter sea creatures and battle pirates as they explore a new world.

Steve Martino and Mike Thurmeier direct a voice cast that includes Ray Romano, Queen Latifah, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Jeremy Renner, Wanda Sykes, Aziz Ansari, Keke Palmer, Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Heather Morris, Joy Behar, Nicki Minaj, Josh Gad, Alan Tudyk, Nick Frost, Kunal Nayyar, Alain Chabat and JB Smoove.

“Ice Age: Continental Drift” opens in AMC 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D theaters on July 13th.

    Really like the look of it! The trailer has a menacing and dark tone to it, as LEE pointed out. Hopefully this won't be another Die Hard 5 case, awesome trailer but terrible film. Godzilla looks so much like it's 60 year old predecessor. I did like the 1999 Godzilla, just because the actors were awesome and it was cool to see another take on a legendary creature, but this film looks so much darker, almost forbidden. Can't wait till the middle of May!!
