Melissa McCarthy enjoyed tremendous critical success, culminating in an Academy Award nomination, for her role in the Paul Feig helmed “Bridesmaids,” so it comes as very little surprise that the two have decided to join forces on the director’s next (as yet untitled) comedic endeavor.

Sandra Bullock will team up with McCarthy for what looks to be a female buddy comedy about an FBI agent (Bullock) who must, reluctantly, work with a Boston police officer (McCarthy) in order to solve a crucial case. Those are all the plot particulars we have at the moment, but we will keep you updated as details on the project emerge.

Production is set to begin this summer.

  • Matthew Kirk posted on First GODZILLA Trailer Released Starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Bryan Cranston

Really like the look of it! The trailer has a menacing and dark tone to it, as LEE pointed out. Hopefully this won't be another Die Hard 5 case, awesome trailer but terrible film. Godzilla looks so much like it's 60 year old predecessor. I did like the 1999 Godzilla, just because the actors were awesome and it was cool to see another take on a legendary creature, but this film looks so much darker, almost forbidden. Can't wait till the middle of May!!
