Tyler Perry In The Trailer For ALEX CROSS

Summit Entertainment has released a new trailer for director Rob Cohen's “Alex Cross” based on James Patterson’s beloved crime novels.

Tyler Perry stars as the titular character with Matthew Fox co-starring as a cunning serial killer.

Synopsis:

"Alex Cross" follows the homicide detective/psychologist (Tyler Perry) as he meets his match in a serial killer (Matthew Fox). The two face off in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse, but when the mission gets personal, Cross is pushed to the edge of his moral and psychological limits in this taut and exciting action thriller.

“Alex Cross” opens in AMC Theatres on October 19, 2012.

Rob Cohen directs a cast that includes Tyler Perry, Matthew Fox, Rachel Nichols, Edward Burns and Jean Reno.

    Really like the look of it! The trailer has a menacing and dark tone to it, as LEE pointed out. Hopefully this won't be another Die Hard 5 case, awesome trailer but terrible film. Godzilla looks so much like it's 60 year old predecessor. I did like the 1999 Godzilla, just because the actors were awesome and it was cool to see another take on a legendary creature, but this film looks so much darker, almost forbidden. Can't wait till the middle of May!!
