Kimberly Peirce (“Boys Don’t Cry,” the upcoming “Carrie” remake) is set to make an English language adaptation of the French film “With a Friend Like Harry” (“Harry, Un Ami Qui Vous Veut Du Bien”).

The original film was nominated for the Cannes Film Festival's prestigious Palme d'Or in 2000. It follows the story of “Michel and Claire, a couple traveling with three children who come across another couple, Harry and Plum. At first they are fast friends, but as they grow closer Harry and Plum's motives become more and more ominous.”

There is no official word on casting for the English language version.

We will keep you updated as details emerge.

I've got a Baby Ruth in my coat pocket somewhere... just waiting to eat it. Maybe I'll put in a blender on puree.

Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.
