"Looper" is easily on of our most anticipated film's of the year here at the AMC offices and this past weekend at Comic-Con AMC had the opportunity to speak with director Rian Johnson about the crux of the story, working with both Bruce Willis an Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the older and younger versions of the same person and why he wanted to work in the science fiction genre.

In addition, we were able to speak with Levitt and co-star Emily Blunt about what drew them to the project and what audiences can expect from this unique and visionary film.

Take a look at the video interviews and synopsis for the film below.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Emily Blunt Talk "Looper" At Comic Con 2012:

Synopsis:

In the futuristic action thriller "Looper," time travel will be invented – but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a “looper” – a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) – is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good… until the day the mob decides to “close the loop,” sending back Joe’s future self (Bruce Willis) for assassination. The film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and also stars Emily Blunt, Paul Dano, and Jeff Daniels. Ram Bergman and James D. Stern produce.

Rian Johnson directs a cast that includes Bruce Willis, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Emily Blunt, Paul Dano, Noah Segan, Piper Perabo and Jeff Daniels.

"Looper" opens in AMC Theatres on September 28, 2012.

Incredibles was the best all rounder movie in animation history, humour for young & old, gadget & geek factor for young & old, family values, awsome backdrops of epic scale scenery.  Not to mention the... Spy factor! Secret islands! Apocalyptic doomsday robots! A freakin villain which goes by the name of "Syndrome" (totally awsome name for a villain by the way) Oh and did i mention all this in a SUPERHERO MOVIE!!!  I wish they make a sequel one day soon. Until then i guess i have marvel & DC to keep me entertained, but i suspect that any live action superhero movie may never live up to style and class of Incredibles.  PIXAR are truly genius. Thank you FROM, Nayan, U.K.
