DAREDEVIL Reboot May Be Dead

On last Thursday's AMC For Your Consideration Podcast we talked about both the 2003 Ben Affleck "Daredevil" adaptation as well as the reboot that Fox was planning with director Joe Carnahan ("The A-Team," "The Grey") at the helm.

The studio is working against an October 10th deadline to go into production or lose the rights back to Marvel.

Well, according to a tweet form Carnahan, it looks like they are letting go of the property.

Here is what he had to say:

"Think my idea for a certain retro, red-suited, Serpico-styled superhero went up in smoke today kids. We shall see. Time is NOT on anyone's side."
