Actor Michael Clarke Duncan passed away yesterday at the age of 54. The Oscar-nominated actor suffered a heart attack on July 13th and had been struggling to recover since then.

Duncan spent years as a journeyman/working actor when, at the age of 43, his portrayal of John Coffey in Frank Darabont's “The Green Mile” earned him an Oscar-nomination and propelled him onto the world stage.
Duncan went on to other notable roles in films such as: “The Whole Nine Yards” and its sequel “The Whole Ten Yards”, “Planet of the Apes”, “Sin City”, “Armageddon”, “The Island”, voice performances in films such as “Kung Fu Panda” and “Green Lantern” and of course, the films mentioned in the video above.
Duncan is survived by his fiancée Omarosa Stallworth.
