The ENTOURAGE Movie Moves Forward

By AMC September 13, 2012

An “Entourage” feature film has just taken a major step towards becoming a reality.

This week marked the one-year anniversary of the HBO series finale and writer Doug Ellin is now saying that by this weekend, the screenplay for the film will be completed.

Ellin, in a series of emails with Deadline, reportedly said that the movie will pick up six months after the end of the show.

“There are interesting developments about Ari as a studio head," Ellin says, "and that’s still the first page for me. But foremost is the friendship between the guys who are still hanging out and going to fun parties, and it continues with the same characters.”

We will keep you updated as details on the project emerge.
