The task of writing a worthy script to depict the life of tech visionary Steve Jobs, is no easy feat. While he has been busy with his new HBO hit series “Newsroom”, Aaron Sorkin has been working on a Steve Jobs biopic of sorts for Sony Pictures. Sorkin’s plan for the film, as he shared at The Daily Beast Hero conference, will be structured around three 30-minute segments set behind the scenes before three of Apple’s biggest product launches to date– the Mac, the iPod and NeXT.
Sorkin envisions the scenes to play out in real time and it would put a microscope on the life of Jobs during three distinct phases of his life – introducing one of the most cutting edge technologies with his kit, getting his life back together after being forced out of the company and of course, launching the Mac.
We'll keep you posted as more details emerge on the untitled "Steve Jobs Project".
