Chris Pratt Cast as Peter Quill in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY

The wait is over, your Peter Quill has been chosen. Chris Pratt, who was last seen in "Zero Dark Thirty", has been chosen for the role of Star-Lord, in James Gunn's "Guardians of the Galaxy".

It has been quite a roller-coaster following the casting news of this lead character. The list once included Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jim Sturgess, Zachary Levi, and Michael Rosenbaum. Pratt wasn't even a main contender, according to the world of movie news and now he has snagged the role. That's just how Hollywood goes.

Peter Quill is the leader of the Guardians, and now there are four other main characters that need to be cast, including Groot, Rocket Raccoon, Drax the Destroyer and Gamora.

    Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.
