It looks like we'll get to just keep swimming, after all. Movement has been made to the Disney/Pixar sequel "Finding Nemo 2", and we couldn't be more excited about it. Albert Brooks is confirmed to reprise his role as the voice of Nemo's father, Marlin the clown fish.
Ellen DeGeneres will also thankfully be back to reprise the voice of dopey and lovable, Dory. One can expect some other great vocal talents to join the roster in the next few months.
Andrew Stanton is returning back in the director's chair for the sequel. This marks Stanton's next project after his "John Carter" failed miserably for Disney, compared to the large budget they shelled out for it. Luckily, Disney appears to be taking some of the blame for their awful marketing campaign, for a film that was actually very good, as they are giving Stanton another shot at a live-action film after "Nemo 2". Presumably, with a much smaller production budget.
We'll keep you posted as new details for "Finding Nemo 2" became available.
