Last week, the filming for David Michod's "The Rover", kicked off in Australia. The film stars Robert Pattinson and Guy Pearce, as well as Susan Prior ("Publicity Blues"), Gillian Jones ("Packed to the Rafters") and David Field ("Chopper").

Known for his directorial debut on "Animal Kingdom", Michod wrote the script for "The Rover", in addition to helming. The story takes place in the Australian desert, twenty years from now. Guy Pearce plays a man who has left everything and everyone behind him, including any semblance of human kindness. When a gang of criminals steals his last possession, his car, he sets out to track them down. He kidnaps the naive boy of the gang (Pattison), the brother of one of the key members (Scoot McNairy).

Shooting is said to complete in mid-March in South Australia.

Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.

Magic and "The Social Network" shouldn't be in the same sentence. It was an awful movie for what has become "The Hateful Network". It's the beginning of the end for FB.
