First Trailer for Sofia Coppola's THE BLING RING Starring Emma Watson

The first trailer has been released for Sofia Coppola's drama based on a true story "The Bling Ring". The film focuses on a group of teenagers who called themselves The Bling Ring, who made off with more than $3 million in stolen goods by breaking into celebrities homes.

In the clip, we see a more scandalous than usual Emma Watson, Leslie Mann, Taissa Farmiga, and Erin Daniels. Watson was last seen in the indie film with a lot of heart "The Perks of Being a Wallflower". She absolutely shined and displayed a lot of depth in that role and the film deserved a lot more praise than it received. I look forward to watching her continue to shed the cloak of Hermione the little girl and take more risks as an incredible starlet on the rise.

Sofia Coppola has been kind of hit or miss with her big-screen ventures. Her most famous and praised being "Lost in Translation", starring Bill Murray and Scarlet Johansson. The lesser known dark indie, "Virgin Suicides", kind of went under the radar. But it was a really strong film that was both a unique story as well as visually pleasing, matched by a great pace set by Coppola.

The clip is solid, the cast is great, and the story focuses on an interesting subject matter, so it definitely has our attention.

This looks like an interesting movie where young kids are pushed to really show their true, inner feelings at a time when they usually don't want the world to know what's going on with them.I want

Thought it would have been a good movie but all the f bombs/constant cussing where unnecessary and the sexual innuendos where disgusting! The actions scenes were done rather well and the plot was good, just bad screen writers. Could have been a movie for everyone. Hope there is no sequel, if there is, it is NOT getting my money again

I would love to see a sequel. And I agree with having someone with no action movie experience but is still as kick butt as Colin Firth!
