The time-traveling raunchy comedy "Hot Tub Time Machine", grossed $64 million worldwide on a $36 million budget. There has been news ever since that MGM might take another dip in the tub.
For those less familiar with the storyline of the first, it followed a group of best friends, played by John Cusack, Craig Robinson, Rob Corddry and Clark Duke, as they got wasted and traveled back to 1986 via a hot tub.
It has now been reported, by way of actor Craig Robinson, that filming for the sequel will kickoff this June and Steve Pink is back at the helm. In addition to Robinson, Corddry and Duke will also be reprising their roles. There is no word of whether Cusack will also be returning, but based on the quickly approaching timeline, it seems very unlikely.
