Tom Hiddleston in Talks to Star in THE CROW Remake

It's been reported that Loki himself from "Thor", played by the wonderful Tom Hiddleston, is in talks to star as Eric Draven in "The Crow" remake. James McAvoy was in talks to star as the title character prior, but those talks have now come to an end apparently.

It's hard to imagine anyone else playing the famed character, as Brandon Lee was incredible at it. I will say however, that Hiddleston's proven darkness does seem like a better fit that McAvoy for the role. I'm sure either actor could pull it off successfully but based on what I've seen from past performances alone, Hiddleston feels like a better choice.

The script for the remake is being penned by "Warrior" scribe Cliff Dorfman, and is said to follow the same graphic novel about the rocker Eric Draven and his fiancé who are murdered on Devil's Night. Draven is then brought back from the dead as a supernatural entity, claiming vengeance on those who wronged him.

No director is currently attached to the film but I imagine that will soon change if Hiddleston is locked in.

Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.

Magic and "The Social Network" shouldn't be in the same sentence. It was an awful movie for what has become "The Hateful Network". It's the beginning of the end for FB.
