Allison Williams, who plays Marnie on HBO's "Girls", is making some serious moves to ensure we see her a lot more of her soon. She is set to star in the film "Rosaline", based on the Shakespearean character of the same name. It's also being reported that she is on a shortlist as a frontrunner in the upcoming Josh Trank reboot of "Fantastic Four".
Not many details have been released on this front but speculation leads us to believe she could be up for Sue Storm. Jessica Alba portrayed the invisible woman in the first two films and aesthetically at least, Williams seems like she could be a solid Sue Storm. On "Girls" she plays a bit of a colder and distant character, so I haven't seen enough of her acting chops yet to determine what she could bring to the role in terms of talent. But the lady sure is beautiful and I enjoy her enough on "Girls", that I look forward to watching what she can bring to the big-screen.
Mark Millar and Matthew Vaughn are guiding Trank and the "Fantastic Four" reboot. Many fans want to get the bad taste out of their mouth from the first films. The players involved will hopefully ensure that happens.
