Henry Cavill Thinks a BATMAN/SUPERMAN Film is A Great Idea

We have all been eagerly anticipating the Zack Snyder-helmed and Christopher Nolan-produced "Man of Steel". The latest trailer and awesome character posters left us even more excited. Hurry up June!

With the ever-growing popularity of superhero films, and the tease of a "Justice League" movie looming for years, fans really want to know; will we ever see our beloved Superman and Batman in a movie together?

Henry Cavill, the upcoming Superman himself, definitely thinks the two famed superheroes should share some screen-time. In a recent interview with SFX, Cavill stated the following:

"I think it would be really interesting with the age-old Batman/Superman conflict because they are two different sides of the same coin and their methods are entirely different. And I think it would actually make for an interesting story as to why, first of all, they were going head to head and how. I think that would make a great story."

If a "Justice League" film is too big of a gamble for Warner Bros., and we're still not sure why there is even hesitation to attempt to do what Marvel has so successfully done, perhaps a "The World's Finest" would be the best and easiest way to achieve this dream?

Only time will tell but I'm liking Cavill more and more as Superman, as the release date creeps closer.

Would you rather see a "Justice League" or "World's Finest" movie? Let us know in the comments section below!

"Man of Steel" flies to AMC Theatres on June 14th.

I've got a Baby Ruth in my coat pocket somewhere... just waiting to eat it. Maybe I'll put in a blender on puree.

Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.
