Some first photos have been released from on set of the new dark comedy "Birdman". Directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu, the film has an incredible cast, including Michael Keaton, Emma Stone, Naomi Watts, Lindsay Duncan, Zach Galifianakis and Edward Norton.

The project marks Keaton's return to the superhero genre, as he of course portrayed Batman in Tim Burton's versions. The story revolves around a washed-up actor, who became famous by portraying an iconic superhero. I bet you can figure out the name of said superhero. The film follows his struggles with his career, his family and his pride, as he prepares to join a Broadway play.

The film sounds very original and creative and the cast is fantastic, so I'm definitely interested to see how this one turns out.

Really like the look of it! The trailer has a menacing and dark tone to it, as LEE pointed out. Hopefully this won't be another Die Hard 5 case, awesome trailer but terrible film. Godzilla looks so much like it's 60 year old predecessor. I did like the 1999 Godzilla, just because the actors were awesome and it was cool to see another take on a legendary creature, but this film looks so much darker, almost forbidden. Can't wait till the middle of May!!
