First Trailer for Martin Scorsese's THE WOLF OF WALL STREET

The first trailer has been released for Martin Scorsese's "The Wolf of Wall Street". Starring a usual muse of his, Leonardo DiCaprio, the trailer exposes a visually stunning life of luxury and excess.

Not to be confused with the lavish world painted in Baz Luhrmann's "The Great Gatsby", where DiCaprio embodied another soul with an exuberant lifestyle, but much more tortured than his character in "Wolf" appears to be.

This film also star Matthew McConaughey, who looks like he's going to be playing a fun part, and steals a comedic scene in the trailer. Jonah Hill also stars, who recently made a hilarious splash in the new outrageous comedy "This is the End".

This film is being adapted from Jordan Belfort's memoir which chronicles his life as a stockbroker in 1990s New York. It showcases his incredible life of fun and adventures, eventually leading to the criminal activities that ensued. The script was written by "Sopranos" and "Boardwalk Empire" scribe Terence Winter.

This is the next film after Scorsese's "The Departed" in 2006, which finally earned him his first Best Director Academy Award. A fact that still continues to baffle me.

"The Wolf of Wall Street" will hit AMC Theatres January 17th 2014.

I know I'm in the minority but I want Iron Giant to win over Lion King. I LOVE Iron Giant. Lion King is my favourite Disney animated movie but I balled like a baby watching Iron Giant. Also to the people complaining that no anime is moving on and it's all Toy Story... Miyazaki should've had a few films that moved on and Howl's Moving Castle is 1000x better than Frozen but there is a reason Pixar and Disney films are all popular, they're great and it's tough to get upset about upsets because these are all amazing films. And the Toy Story's are gonna do well because they should. There ratings on Rotten Tomatoes are 100, 100 and 99. My picks are... Iron Giant Toy Story Up Aladdin Toy Story 3 Monsters Inc. Beauty and the Beast Toy Story 2
