Leonardo DiCaprio and Jamie Foxx shared screen time in the incredible Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained" last year. The two dynamic actors are teaming up again for another project titled "Mean Business on North Ganson Street".
No director is currently attached to the project, but given the talent that has been locked in, I'm sure it will attract many quality directors. The film is based on S. Craig Zahler's detective novel, who is also adapting the script for the big-screen.
The story follows two disgraced and troubled detectives, played by DiCaprio and Foxx. DiCaprio is sent to a crime-infested Missouri town, and teams up with Foxx, in an effort to uncover the mystery around the murders of many police officers. It sounds like an underdog "L.A. Confidential" type story, aided by incredible talent. My interest is certainly intact.
