THE LITTLE PRINCE to Hit the Big-Screen with A-List Vocal Talents

I was very pleased to hear that the classic children's novel "The Little Prince" is being made into an animated featured film. Based on Antoine de Saint-Exupery's story, the tale centers on a young Prince from an asteroid called B-612, who is currently on Earth as part of a journey to travel the universe, meeting adults on different planets and hearing their stories.

The vocal talents lined up for the film are rather impressive, and include James Franco, Rachel McAdams, Paul Giamatti, Jeff Bridges, Marion Cotillard and Benicio Del Toro. Child-star Mackenzie Foy, who played Renesmee in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2", is in talks to play the title role.

"Kung Fu Panda" director Mark Osborne is helming the film, which is targeted for a 2014 release. There have been several film and TV versions of the story but definitely nothing of this caliber, in terms of talent. There is no word on who will be adapting the script but we'll keep you posted as the story develops.

I can see him retiring Wolverine after W3 but as stated - HJ is still RIPPED. He does some serious workouts to play Logan and has the body to prove it. If they cast someone younger to play him after W3 then they had better search long and hard because he is one tough act to follow as Logan!

  • Dr.Doom posted on Daniel Craig Back as Bond in First SPECTRE Teaser

okay, i took the bait of the Teaser for the new Bond movie, and I am hooked. Bond seems to have a secret link to Spectre, This will be interesting. I love the way the new recycling of Bond stories have developed from the first Craig adaptation and reinventing of the role. Guess I am onboard to continue to be a person that has never missed a Bond movie. From when I first saw Dr. No and From Russia With Love on a double feature in the 60's as a teenager I have been hooked and still am.
