Seth MacFarlane has proven that his comedic wit and charm, as seen in his hit television animated series "Family Guy", translates in a successful way to the big-screen. His directorial debut "Ted", which starred Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis, was one of the best and most critically-acclaimed comedies in quite some time. Eager to strike while the iron is hot, MacFarlane has been busy on his new western comedy "A Million Ways to Die in the West". We've heard murmurs of the return of everyone's favorite crude, talking bear as well, but now there has been some steady movement on the sequel.

MacFarlane turned to twitter to respond to a "Ted 2" question with, "We're aiming for a 2015 Passover release date." Who wouldn't want to celebrate the seven holy nights of Passover or Easter with a lovable, foul-mouthed bear?

The release date means MacFarlane and team will jump pretty immediately into the "Ted" sequel as soon as his western comedy wraps up, which is scheduled for a May 30th, 2014 release. Wahlberg is said to be returning to the film and it's unknown if the rest of the cast, namely Mila Kunis, will also be reprising their roles but it does seem likely.

Locking big names for his second project was certainly not a difficult feat. The beautiful and talented Charlize Theron, Amanda Seyfried, Liam Neeson, Sarah Silverman and Giovanni Ribisi round out the ensemble. Ribisi of course played the creepy bear kidnapper in "Ted", so he's becoming a MacFarlane regular.

"A Million Ways to Die in the West" will hit AMC Theatres on May 30th, 2014.

"Ted 2" is aiming for an April 3rd, 2015 release.

I've got a Baby Ruth in my coat pocket somewhere... just waiting to eat it. Maybe I'll put in a blender on puree.

Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.
