Johnny Depp made the whimsical and colorful Captain Jack Sparrow come alive in the original "Pirates of the Caribbean" in 2003, opposite an outstanding ensemble including Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley and Geoffrey Rush. Now, in 2013, he'll be reprising his role for the fifth time as the eccentric pirate.

We learned earlier this year that Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg ("Kon Tiki") would be helming the film. Now it appears that we actually have a title locked as well. The fifth installment will be known as "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales".

It isn't known what new or returning cast members will be present, with the exception of Depp. The franchise has definitely had its fair share of talent, including such names as Penelope Cruz, Bill Nighy, Stellan Skarsgard, Noamie Harris, and many others.

Jeff Nathanson, known for his writing credits on the fantastic "Catch Me If You Can", is penning the script. Production is said to begin in January of next year.
