Ever since the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger left politics, he's been steadily trying to get back into acting in a big way. One of the films that started it all for him was undoubtedly "Conan the Barbarian". We reported a few months ago that a sequel was in the works after all this time and now it looks like it's actually going to come to fruition.
Titled "The Legend of Conan", Schwarzenegger is returning as the title character and the film is said to be a direct sequel to his original 1984 film. Andrea Berloff is penning the script, known for her writing credits on "World Trade Center".
Apparently the sequel will completely ignore the events and storylines included in both "Conan the Destroyer" as well as the most recent 2011 reboot starring Jason Momoa "Conan the Barbarian".
