The wait is over, my friends. The first trailer has been released for "X-Men: Days of Future Past". It is exactly what we wanted from a first trailer, mirroring the gritty and cool tone of "First Class" and reuniting us with many familiar faces.

We got several glimpses of our favorite returnees such as old and young Professor X (Patrick Stewart and James McAvoy) old and young Magneto (Ian McKellen and Michael Fassbender), Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) and Wolverine (Hugh Jackman). We also were reunited with such characters as Storm (Halle Berry) and Rogue (Anna Paquin) and were introduced to some new amazing characters within the X-Men repertoire like Bishop (Omar Sy) and Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage).

Really like the look of it! The trailer has a menacing and dark tone to it, as LEE pointed out. Hopefully this won't be another Die Hard 5 case, awesome trailer but terrible film. Godzilla looks so much like it's 60 year old predecessor. I did like the 1999 Godzilla, just because the actors were awesome and it was cool to see another take on a legendary creature, but this film looks so much darker, almost forbidden. Can't wait till the middle of May!!
