No stranger to biopics, director Oliver Stone is in talks to tackle another monumental historical figure. One that in fact changed history and our country forever; Dr. Martin Luther King. But who could play such an important icon?

Jamie Foxx is said to be up for the honor, which would mean he would be reuniting with Stone on yet another picture. The two previously worked together on the football drama "Any Given Sunday".

Foxx won best actor for his remarkable performance on another biopic "Ray", and has indeed shown his impressive range and acting chops. This would indeed be the role of a lifetime so you know he wouldn't take it lightly, should he be cast

Kario Salem ("Chasing Mavericks") has been working on the screenplay since 2011. Reportedly he's done a done a ton of research and interviews and received the blessing of the King family, so hopefully we get a historically accurate and real portrayal of the incredible civil rights leader.

Do you think Oliver and Foxx would be a good fit for this project? Let us know in the comments section below!

Really like the look of it! The trailer has a menacing and dark tone to it, as LEE pointed out. Hopefully this won't be another Die Hard 5 case, awesome trailer but terrible film. Godzilla looks so much like it's 60 year old predecessor. I did like the 1999 Godzilla, just because the actors were awesome and it was cool to see another take on a legendary creature, but this film looks so much darker, almost forbidden. Can't wait till the middle of May!!
