The dynamic duo of Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly have made some amazing comedies together. Their natural chemistry and amazing ability to improv seamlessly together, as seen in such films as "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" and of course "Step Brothers", has helped to bring some eccentric and lovable characters to life.
Now word has hit that the two are reuniting for yet another comedy called "Devil's Night". Penned by Andrew Mogel and Jarrad Paul ("Yes Man"), the story seems like it will blend both comedy and horror, which seems like a wonderful idea aided by the timing of Ferrell and Reilly. The story follows Leonard and Gabe (Ferrell and Reilly) who used to be best friends and loved celebrating the night before Halloween together, known as Devil's Night. After 15 years of no longer being friends, the two are forced to come back together in order to save their neighborhood from destruction.
There is no director or other stars currently attached, but imagining Ferrell and Reilly back together in this premise sounds like gold to me.
