We've all been waiting a very long time for the Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller sequel to "Sin City". The memorable characters, stunning visuals, twisted and vibrant plot, made it a memorable film indeed. Based on Miller's graphic novel series, the sequel "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" has been long-gestating and was pushed back to an August 22, 2014 release. Things seemed to be moving forward in a steady direction, with reports of new cast members rounding out the all-star ensemble.

Now comes word that the title has slightly changed to "Sin City: A Dame to Die For". A promotional poster with the same look as the original but the new messaging has been released, which can be seen below. Could it be that this verbiage tested better as it's a bit less aggressive? We may never know for sure but it's hardly a large enough change to be worried about.

Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke and Jessica Alba are all returning for the sequel and will be joined by the lovely Eva Green, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ray Liotta, Jeremy Piven and many more impressive names.

Are you ok with this altered title? Let us know in the comments section below!

"Sin City: A Dame to Die For" will hit AMC Theatres on August 22, 2014

I've got a Baby Ruth in my coat pocket somewhere... just waiting to eat it. Maybe I'll put in a blender on puree.

Admire bryan singer story telling, not easy if you introducing a large cast.. As someone who do not know anything about x-men lore or identify himself as superhero geek.. His x-men 2000 film grab my interest on the series.. Still remember that powerful opening scene, the nazi concentration camp.. really set the theme of the series.. Found some of the other superhero movies.. Too comical for my taste still,.. Will see this movie on the first day of opening..

    1) Daredevil was ten years ago, and its problems were the director and script writers' fault. 2) Maybe but look at James Bond and hell even Batman throughout the years, people will get over it. 3) I want to tell you to check out the Town and Hollywoodland to see him act well, but you'd seem too hell bent to ever change your mind.
